I absolutely love playing this game!!! It was so fun to play as my favorite Marvel superheroes and do awesome combos!! The story of the game has a lot of unique character development moments and shows some emotional sides of the Avengers that we haven't normally seen before. The combat system is fun and easy to control, so you don't have to feel like you have to just button-mash everything and the enemy A.I. system provides a challenge, but not too hard for players to feel like they will never defeat the enemy. I also found matchmaking to be a lot of fun too, especially when you how strong other players' characters are and the abilities that they have. Even though the gear system is different from most games, it's all worth it when you can equip gear to shrink your enemy's down a size or two, or inflict gamma, plasma, electric, and cosmic damage to your opponents. Plus, with new heroes, villains, and regions being added every month, it makes you want to come back and play even more. Overall, Marvel's Avengers is an amazing game and I can't wait to see what Crystal Dynamics has in store for us in the future.

A nice collector's item. Looks great on my shelf. Wish there was a better way to display it. Would be nice if I had to take it out every time I wanted the disc, but i store all my games in a CD wallet. so It is resigned to being on my bookshelf until I think of something creative.

This case comes separate from the game yet for the game. It is not console specific and has only the marvel artwork and title on the spine. Protect your game the right way... in epic style. It is the same size as a regular case so it will blend in to your collection nicely.

This was honestly the reason I pre-ordered from here rather than another seller. My case was shipped about a week after launch, so right when it said it would be, and arrived in a couple days in perfect condition. Kamala and the crew are now looking great on my display shelf.

I preordered this game because it came with this stealbook and boy am I happy I did, the artwork and detail in this cover is amazing and definetly a great purchase and not to mention Bestbuy always has the best preorder bonuses for video games.

The steel-book is cool, shame the game isn't better.

Despite the game being a little average, this steelbook has some really vibrant, fun art that encapsulates the feel of the game well. It's like a comic book come to life, and the case definitely reflects that. For fans of the game, or just Marvel in general, it definitely couldn't hurt to have this in your collection.

An incredible art piece by Mark Brooks. My only issue with the steelbook is that is came separately, and now I have two boxes for one game. I understand why it would be offered separately, but still seems a tad wasteful.
