Needed this to network several devices in an instrument lab. It was literally plug and play, no setup required. My only disappointment is that it cost more than the same brand 4 port router.

Does what a switch needs to do: expands ports. Have had no issues with the device at all. Working great so far for a few weeks now. Easy for beginners as no installation needed. Literally plug and play!

Absolutely makes it easier to stay neat and organized. A must have if you require multiple devices and the price is a definite plus!

i bought this product because i wanted to hardwire some more things to my router for better connections and ran out of slots. I picked this up and it works perfectly. It auto detects what devices are on so it may shut off the other port to give better signal to the on device.

Bought this as the WIFI signal in our master bedroom is somewhat weak and we were having trouble streaming content through our blue ray player. We are using an Ethernet Over Power device and this switch to get a wired connection to the master bedroom---all is working great now.

this device is simple to set up and adds convenience to home networking.

As a teacher who wanted to add more Internet connected computers in her classroom, this equipment was inexpensive, connects 5 computers and works well. I couldn't ask for more!

This was recommended by a Best Buy employee. I have my Roku and xBox One running through the switch then to the ethernet port (that is wired through the walls in the house). Everything works great with no delays and it maintains the WiFi speed. Very happy with it..

Very easy to set up, just plug in and it works. Use to expand the number of devices wired into my network. Does not slow any of them down at all. Would recommend for sure.

Can't beat the quality at this price point. Works great and the build quality convinces you that it will last for a while as compared to a cheap knock off you'd buy online. And it's Best Buy, so if there *IS* a problem, it isn't a nightmare. So how can you lose?
