||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally when I purchased this, I was under the impression that it was a "router" as that is what it pooped up on on the BBUY website. 3 of us saw the same thing so we thought, wow the price is great, upon receipt, we 2 of us saw that it was nothing more than an ethernet port so it was returned without any hassles. I needed a router not an ethernet port. this could have been a miss advertisement by the website. no harm no foul as it was easy to return since BBUY store was on my way home.

Great Basic Switch

This switch worked perfectly for our needs. We chose Linksys since, in our experience, they tend to work without having to be power cycled very often and this was going to be in an above ceiling location.
