So far this Linksys switch is proving a good buy. It was very easy to setup, just plug in and ready to go. Good for expanding my Comacast router to allow for additional connections for a couple of NAS' and such.

This is a great inexpensive switch. Works well in my gameroom connecting a Smart TV, XBox One, and Playstation 3 to one common network connection. No lag noticed when operating each device independently.

Sometimes you just don't have enough LAN connections for all the different devices that need access to your ethernet. That was my problem, with a new garage door opener, and the app for my smart phone. And, with this little device, it was just a matter of connect one CAT-5E cable to it, and to my main router, then the other for my new device and the other device at that end of my home 'net, put power, and everything is just fine. Well worth the very reasonable price.
