    It's a non managed switch. It is a very simple plug and play device. Most of the times you don't need to buy an expensive Gigabit (1,000Mbps) switch when you have less than 100Mbps download from your Internet service provider. Unless you have a server in your office with a Gigabit interface you don't have to spend a lot of money on a switch. This is a good choice for most of the home and small office networks,
