I was needing to split my ethernet connection between my PC and XBox One but this needs a router in order to do that. Only a router can create separate IP numbers so using just a splitter with no router will not work. Probably works great with a router, but I don't know.

This ether net port switch worked great for my home networking needs...would recommend to anyone with needs to have multiple ports for networking

Setup was very easy with the five auto-sensing 10/100 ports that I needed. I was able to plug in several devices without having the hassle of having a larger switch that I didn't need.

This was a replacement to an old switch that got lost in a move recently. Although it's a pretty simple tool this was packaged nicely and easy to setup. Very happy with this purchase.

Installed this in my living room to allow multiple devices to connect directly to my internet via power line adapter. Works great! No issues, and way faster speed than my wifi.

Very easy to install, just plug in one line from router and you will have 4 extra ports to wire your other devices and will assign an iP address automatically to each device.

Super easy to set up. House has a cat5 connection in each room so I used it to connect two gaming consoles, a roku, and a dvd player to my router in another room. Works great.

We bought 2 Ethernet switches to help our computers run faster with the new cable company we switched to. It is great, computer runs faster now than before and no problems.

I preferred having my devices hard wired and this was the best solution. I bought it sale for 9.99. Setup couldn't be any easier as it was literally plug and play.

This Ethernet switch is priced low enough to make it a smart purchase if you are looking to add hardwired Ethernet. It does what it supposed to do with no problems.

I used this hub in my classroom to connect 4 computers to the school Internet. It works great most of the time. Occasionally the box needs to be adjusted to insure it is powered on but once the power is properly connected it works fine.

It's only a 10/100 hub so it's not so great to connect a device that you would like to transfer files with on a network but It's perfect to use for a network printer if you need an extra port or 2.. If all you are doing with your computer is browsing the internet and you don't have another computer on your network that you want to share files with and all you have is one computer and a printer then for the price this is a great choice.... I purchased several of these just to run my network printers and I am more than happy with it for that....

We ran out of space on the router and this is a nice cheep way to expand the open ports. don't forget to get a 3' Cat-5e cable to jump from router to switch box.

The device has behaved flawlessly since installation. It does a fantastic job enabling our newly-installed Ethernet ports in the house, without a hint of slowness.

If you don't know whether 100 mb/s is enough... It is. I use this to hook up both my PS4 and my computer to the Internet and it works great. Looks good too.

Great for a quick setup when you only have one port coming out of the wall to split it in a small office when working on a few computers at the same time.
