Happened to be browsing and saw this on sale....my laptop wifi adapter will only do 2.4Ghz while my Lynksys E6400 is dual band. Downloads have more than quadrupled in speed so I'm quite pleased.

This allowed me to avoid a potential costly repair to fix the wi-fi hardware on my laptop. Simply plugged it in and was able to get wi-fi through an USB port.

We had purchased this a few years back and we needed another so why not go with something that has proven itself. It works as described.

The Linksys - AC1200 Dual-Band Wireless USB 3.0 Adapter was basically a plug and play installation. I use it to connect to my home network and to my internet router.

Just what I needed. Old one died. Easy to set up. Have had no problem connecting to router.

Finally switched back to a desktop and picked up this badboy. Does a solid job, speeds good, price was reasonable, and the size is comparable to a large USB flash drive.

We were in a pinch & needed a new adapter. We knew Best Buy was the place to go & as always, they did not disappoint. The new adapter works perfectly & is better than the original one we had!

Met my needs and price was right. I am not the best at computer knowledge but I had no problems at all installing this to my new computer.

The TV was easy to setup and unbelievably light. Love the picture looks 3D. Going to buy a 4K DVD player and 4K DVD’S to get the full benefit of the picture.

Surprise! This USB adapter does not come with packaged software and there is no statement on the box stating this. You have to download a zip file on Linksys website. I guess this saves them money. If you don't have another computer already connected to the internet this maybe a problem. After downloading the software on another computer, I could not get it to work after removing and reinstalling the software 3 times and following the directions provided on the web page. I was considering returning the item and as a last attempt I went to add device in the control panel, and it was listed. I went to device properties and clicked on update drivers, and it finally worked. I don't know if it was Windows 11 or a problem with the software provided by Linksys. Once you get it to work it's great. Software? What a pain! 3 stars no packaged software.

Great adapter that’s very easy to use and work well with any size cumputer no matter the largeness or smallness of the area you use it in.

I bought this adaptor when our laptop's internal adaptor began to fail. The new adaptor fit the bill and we had no issues with it and it auto-installed without issue.

I purchased this because I was not able to get a strong WiFi signal in my office in the basement of my house, even with long range mesh routes set up with great signal strength. This fixed all my issues with having low WiFi signal and has improved my internets performance on my PC.

My second one - Both work well. Definitely recommended.

I installed this at the suggestion of Geek Squad staff. My internet speed had been very inconsistent for months and this USB has solved the problem. Speed is consistent and fast.

Had been having issues with my old wifi stick and seen this one, easy hook up and had no problems it is a great adapter
