The 3 of us have no problems streaming Netflix or playing video games all at the same time. It also has great features with the Linksys SmartWifi app. Very easy to set up and the app is easy to use.

This router only has two short antennas, so it is limited in the number of walls it will penetrate and still give a good, and fast connection. The router comes with advanced features where you can give your two frequencies separate SSID's and encyption keys, or assign them a single SSID with a common encryption key. It even allows for a guest account that can be turned on or off, and have its own encryption key. You can buy a lot of less expensive routers, but not with this high of quality and reliability.

Was hoping for better parental controls

I was disappointed to see that it worked sporatically, but for the most part, it simply didn't keep my children out of websites that they were not suppose to go to. Even the time limit didn't work. I attempted on several occasions hoping that I missed something, but just couldn't get it to perform the way I was expecting it to. Other than that, it did improve our internet speed.

The provided Management software allows the novice the ability to setup and operate a complex LAN and WAN environment in their home or small business. Great wireless router

This router improved my wireless connection and I now have less dead spots. The only downside is when it is reset it takes a minute or two to come back online. One option that is nice to have is there is a built in speedtest app on the router setup page so you can test your connection at the router.

I can see this working great in areas that predominantly have 2.4 GHz frequency congestion but the lack of true remote access to the router's configuration left a lot to be desired. It's no Aerohive BR100 or Meraki MX series by any means. Anyone that's looking for something powerful to deploy in multiple sites should look into those lines of devices. If you're a home or small office it would get the job done as long as you're not looking for a whitelist firewall functionality.
