Its fast but I still experience buffering and lag. It says its for streaming but when I stream people who watch it occasionally says its lagging. Advice: If your buying this for streaming get something more powerful.

We can print by wire to our MFC and surf the web plus using a VPN tunnel we can access our remote office shares, Very stable so far.

Went with this router as a middle ground and it has exceeded expectations. I can cover most of our outdoor areas and as far away as our neighbor's 200 yards away.

After hooking the router up and running a speed test, I found out I not only ditched the fees but also increased my download and upload speeds. Plus having the 2.4 and 5 GHz options for different devices is great.
