I have set up five previous wireless routers, including 3 Linksys. The router was almost impossible to set-up. My son, an IT specialist, and I struggled for three hours to get this going. The no-brainer auto set-up never worked. We finally did it manually on the 8th or 9th try. Tech support never worked because we did not have on-line access, and the 800 call number was worthless. The main problem is the set-up software requires that you establish a username/password and then blocks the internet access until you validate an email online. Well, duh, you can't verify if the access is blocked. And cell phone verification is not accepted. Ugly ... The router operation ( after set-up) is a little weird. You can use the 2.4 Ghz low bandwidth great reception option where videos don't always work. Or you can use the 5 Ghz high bandwidth barely-tolerable reception where videos don't always work. It is a catch 22. Note: the 5 Ghz works great if you are sitting next the router. Sorry folks, I am not a fan of this router.

Mobile app is very good and easy to you. Rated it 4/5 since disconnecting a connected device in mobile app is not possible. Otherwise, very happy with it.

I have not noticed any changes in WiFi speed with this device. But installation was super easy and the app on the phone to control and monitor use is great.

If I could only get my ISP to be as reliable as this router. It is nothing fancy in terms of design but setup and web monitoring works as expected.

Performance is great however took a lot of effort for me to install. Im also very technical and for somebody that does not know anything about networks, this would have been a bad choice.

This is a nice system, I had it installed in my sons car. It has the features that is needed for a young driver and hansfree is a plus.

If you need to upgrade your router to take advantage of all the devices you may be running, i.e. notebooks, tablets, cell phones, streaming etc, this is a great dual band, 4 channel system!

Pretty decent buy Took a bit of tinkering on my part to make it connect with my system but since then it’s been smooth sailing

This is the best router you will you will buy. I have just bought a different router and it did not last one year. I will always buy Linksys.

Like the different channel options for different streaming. I am able to set up kids Netflix on one and our phones on another. Husband has both on his phone so no more complaining

the Set up easy, did not need help from any tech support, priced right, Store personal was vary knowledgeable and helpful.

I get connection down to the end of my driveway. This thing really carries a signal and ive never had any buffering on my Netflix watching

Have a 1600 sqft house single story. I use the router for Amazon/Roku sticks and tablets. I continue to lose connection. I have used the app to designate which connections get priority. I look at this on my phone and compare to the priority on my tablet and the assignments are different. So i dont think that is working properly. Should be the same assigned unit, regardless if i use my phone or tablet to change the assignment. Not real satisfied, lesson learned. Will probably try a different brand next time.

With so many wireless devices at our home, decided to purchase a router that could sustain so many devices. Best purchase for your money.

I'm a college student, so online assignments and Netflix are a must. Never had any problems with my connection.

Needed to replace my router on an emergency. When I read this handle 5G and was built to maximize 4K tv streaming.

I have had this for almost 18 months. This router keeps up with several devices at the same time. I am not a tech person, but I am pleased with this purchase.

Very fast with my Fiber optic internet, All my gaming is lag free. over 50 mbs download and upload with no problem
