I needed a wifi router that would have better reach in my house for my 3 kids. This one was recommended by the employee at BB since he had it in his own home, and it has done the trick.

My old router did not reach to all areas in my house. The EA8500 not only covers my entire house but also reaches to my workshop that is about 100 feet away from my house in the back yard.

Now I get the internet speed I pay for and I have 15 different devices linked to it and no slow down! I also like how you can parent control each individual device on he network

With gamers in the home always connected, we needed a signal boost so doing work from a laptop was feasible. Now everyone has the signal strength they need...makes a happy home.

I needed a little more range for my garage door (MyQ) and I run A LOT of wireless devices. Two smart TV's, 7 SONOS speakers, laptop, iPad, phone, etc, etc. It handles the load!!

The reason I purchased this router was to reach to the far end of our house and the lower level. It didn't do any better than my old router. I only used this one for a few days before I returned it and purchased NETGEAR - Nighthawk X8 AC5300. The Nighthawk more than satisfied the need. This router was good and the speeds were handled well. It just didn't have the range I needed.

Our internet provider suggested we buy a router that was more powerful than what they offered. The Best Buy associate recommended this one. Set up was easy and it's working well.

This router meets the needs of a large house and household so if you're looking for a great router for a big family and don't want to spend a lot this router is the one to buy

I purchased the Linksys - Ac2600 Dual-band Wi-fi Router to replace my old Linksys wireless N router and it works great. I'm getting better rang in the house and everyone is happy.

I wish the firmware allowed a little more control, but it is working very well. It will take time to evaluate it's long term reliability. So far, so good.

This was suppose to be the top of the line router but it's not helping my signal any better than my comcast modem with it's built in router. disappointed should probably get a tech involved....

The router is super on all my computers and streaming is great. I shouldn't have waited so long to get a new more up to date router.

I have 2 other roommates and we each use up to 3 devices at a time and we never have any issues. We spend the extra on internet, and we stream everything. This router is great!

This is a quality router. The range on the 5ghz is a little small. We ended up with a dead zone in our bedroom. The other network was fine though not as fast.

I have it for about 1 month,it looks like can handle all my devices about 17 ,but expected to have better range than my older one but it doesnt ,over all so far it is good

Bought this to upgrade my wireless system. Has greater range and have had fewer disconnects with this router over the previous router so I am very happy as of right now.

The product is easy to assemble and install. You'll have to configure the router but its standard to what most other devices require. Very good reception.

Strong strength, improved connections. At first had issues setting up with one laptop requiring a restart of router but has connected everyday without a loss of signal.

So many of our daily "necessitates" require wifi we needed to expand our router. This has been highly dependable and very easy to set up. Would highly recommend. Great value!
