He was very helpful. As he was a new employee, when I had some more difficult questions in making my decision, he called over another employee to help. The experience was great and it truly helped me in making a wonderful purchase. Very friendly.

It kept dropping the signal when multiple users were on the network at the same time. Since the replacement, I haven't had any issues with it. I like that I can set priorities on bandwidth. I love the parent control. Awesome features!

We had wifi issues and the girl who assisted me at the store was helpful. She recommended this unit, however the problem was with Comcast as well as the size of my home. I had to return to the store which they took it back without any problems. Still have wifi issues...

We'll a sale gentlmam in bestbuy showed me this and it was the best choice. My Internet is the fastest it has ever been and I can sit on my deck or porch and to the end of my driveway and still get a great connection. This is worth getting.

So far it's great...rarely do we have to wait while watching things on Netflix and no more whining from the kids. Definitely recommend this product
