To boost your Wi-Fi coverage, assigning fixed channels for both frequency bands would help, depending on your current network environment. Try channels 1, 6, 9 and 11 for the 2.4 GHz band, and channels 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz. This a very uncommon behavior for the router. Our devices are designed to have a longer lifespan than what was mentioned. If your current unit stops working again, let us know at [email protected] so that we can check it out properly. Also, include the link to this post for our reference.
