I received this product for free as part of Belkin's Friends + Family Program I have used Linksys products in the past and always appreciated the ease of set-up. After going with Verizon and getting stuck with their router, I did not have a reason to buy a linksys router...but I can say after using this device, that it is still easy and straight forward. Some of the cool features: - 2.5 and 5 frequency can either have their own SSID or be combined. - You can easily see and manage all devices connected to the router - You have the option of even setting up a guest network - Range really increased for me! - You can connect a HD to have access to files when connected to the network. - There is now a Web Page/App that allows you to check in or make changes to the network while remote! The only 2 things I did not like: - Price was a little high, but you do get a full featured Router. My kid is under 2 and one on the way. I am sure the extra features will be needed as they get older - Being you can access settings remotely, I would like to see 2Factor authentication. It may be overkill, but I like preventative measures. So if you are looking for an easy to use router that can grow with you and the family and can afford it, go for it. Its Linksys....they started this market and still keep improving it.
