This is a great router for anyone that has multiple devices on the network. I have 8 wireless devices and 6 wired devices and everything works great. Great speeds with the wireless. I transferred a 20gb file in less than 5 minutes on wireless.

I was having a lot of drop signals and wifi problems before I got this one here. I must say that I am highly impressed with the performance. Wifi speeds are 10x faster and I no longer have freezing or buffing issues while streaming movies.

The Linksys router is excellent I have no issues with it. I definitely recommend it. the best router I've bought so far. It works is lightning fast with my bright house lightning Internet service I achieve about 300 Mb per second.

Built a new house in a fiber optic neighborhood and wanted a fast wireless router. this was super easy to install, offers outstanding coverage throughout my house and we just love the AP that comes with it to control things.

We had a router that was giving spotty coverage in some areas of the house. We plugged the new router in and in 2 minutes the coverage problem was solved and our son really likes the improvement for his gaming activities!

This is one of the best investments you can make, I have 1500 sq ft home and this router covers all my house with same speed overall, My down with time warner is 300 mbps and this router clocks to 225-280 everywhere in my house. It has an easy setup and takes about 5 minutes to start. Only downside I can think of is, the antenna is little lose and move on its own some times, But not a big concern. I took out 1 start due to this issue. Everything else is good.

This router was very easy to install and provides great performance. Has good range and signal strength in all rooms.

I was looking for a new updated wifi router to replace my old existing router than could handle all of my household devices. My old router was having trouble keeping up. I decided to go with Linksys EA8500 since it could handle multiple devices. It was pretty easy to set up and install and it has been working great. It covers area of my house the old router didn't so it has great range and it is faster than my old router so now I am getting the speed I am paying for with my ISP. Great buy.

a nice easy to setup wireless router.. like the media device priority feature it seems to speed up the Wi-Fi for my smart tv to play Netflix, noticeably before and after finding the feature and turning it on.

I went from an old Nrouter to this and wow, what a difference. My wifi coverage is fantastic in my 2000 sq ft home. My daughter even joked as we were driving 4 houses down that she was still in my wifi.

I got this on the recommendation of the customer service agent at best buy. I am glad I took his advice. I have 9 devices running through this router and all have great speed even though multiple walls

I researched numerous routers and settled on this Linksys model after reading many positive reviews. After removing it from the packaging I found the instructions to be very clear and easy to understand. Setup was extremely easy and I like the fact that I can monitor our network and the devices connected to it. I've had this router installed for about a month now with no problems and the signal strength is excellent! I'm a fan of Linksys! Nice product!

I love this wireless router. It's super fast and works well with TWC. I even get service outside of my home with lots of bars to spare.

This router solves the problem that Brighthouse Eco is advertised to do. If you have laptops, tabs, iOS devices, gaming consoles and stream movies, this router and a good high speed modem is the answer.

I'm very happy with the purchase of this router. It was extremely easy to set up, the performance is excellent and the price was right in line with other similar routers. I have owned Linksys routers in the past and they keep getting easier and easier to get them up and running even though the features and capabilities keeps improving. If you gave multiple wireless devices then a MU-MIMO router is the way to go and the EA8500 does the job extremely well.

I use this router on a PreSonus sound board to enable remote control by multiple I Pads and several I Phones. So far everything is working as expected. The speed is excellent and hookup was easy.

I needed to update my wifi due to increased devices and range. This router did the trick and help the whole family be online.

This router works awesome. It was a huge upgrade from what was previously being used in the home. I have no complaints. Plenty of power for 9 wireless devices running simultaneously.

Good way to improve the marginal routers provided by cable companies. I had a COMCAST combo modem/router that provided wifi, but had limitations of a marginal router. I wanted to keep the cable phone intact, so it necessitated using the router with the phone jack, but I programmed the router as a bridge, so that it basically is a modem with the phone jack operational without the wifi. After feeding it into the LinkSys dual 2.4/5.0 GHz AC, the wifi reception passed the highest MB stream that Comcast provides. I also tied one of the ethernet outputs to a Samsung 65" 3D smart TV, and have had no issues with streaming amazon, hulu and YouTube videos.
