Great router, everything I wanted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a slew of new devices add to our network after Christmas. Our previous router was becoming the obvious bottleneck. The folks at BestBuy guided me to the set of routers to fit my needs and the Linksys seemed like the overall best fit. Gives me the local bandwidth I need, was extremely easy to set up and is also simple to manage (especially considering the capabilities it gives).

Excellent router for everyone!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a excellent router, the best one I've ever had. I use multiple devices on this thing and I have zero, ZERO, lag. So now when I'm on a 17 kill streak mowing fools down and just about to call in the heavy artillery and my wife decides to watch a makeup tutorial, my sweet, sweet router doesn t even skip a beat.

Great Product!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best router I have ever had. I have at least 3-4 iPads, 2-4 Xbox One's, 2-4 apple Tv's, 2 iPhone 7 Plus, and 2 iMac Desktop Computers Connected at all times. They all run flawlessly! Also easy to setup and make changes with the smart wifi app. Very powerful router and keeps the family connected at all times!

Great Performance, Got a bad batch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased directly from Linksys. The first one I received lasted about 3 hours before it became non-responsive. I guess this is a common issue with this mode. I called Linksys and they sent me a refurbished one. This seems to be working well now. I am actually getting double the speeds up/down internet wise and it can handle the 25+ devices on my home network.

One Powerful Router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router is truly a beast. Connected all 10 of my devices to my WiFi and got the maximum speed to all devices. I have an internet plan of 150mps with Comcast and when I did the speed test it surpassed that to 181.3mps. Very happy with this product.

Best Wifi Router I've ever owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant to purchase a high end router, however I have not regretted my purchase at all. The difference is night and day. I have over ten devices that are utilizing wifi, and even during the holidays with a ton more family around, the router performed excellently. I would suggest this router to anybody.

Awesome Router for high end users or large homes!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely the best router I've had the chance to use. Very little drop in speed the further you are away, and has a huge coverage area. Running nearly 30 devices with no issues or random disconnecting like previous routers. App is very easy to use and very simple router to set up even with no tech knowledge.

Was not impressed
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to get this wireless router, especially with all the new speed improvements and technology that has went into it. It definitely looks cool, but that is about all it has going for it. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed. To start with, this router takes up a HUGE amount of space. If you order it, be prepared to lose desk/shelf space. This router seemed to perform similar to any other router I have ever used, when it wanted to work. I attempted multiple times to set it up using the web browser as well as the "Smart Wifi" app put out by Linksys and each time I was not impressed by the outcome. This router seemed to cause trouble for my internet modem although I am unsure why. After connecting it to my modem I would completely lose internet service. My internet would cut in and out for minutes at a time. I have decent experience with networking equipment and this wifi router gave me fits. After about the 3rd attempt at setting it up I just gave up on it and went back to my old router. For the few moments it did work I did not notice the speed being any faster or better than the equipment I was already using. I also had issues with attempting to set up the firewall where I could remote view some items on my network. This router has potential and a lot of features that could be useful if it worked.

Autonomy for my wifi
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I saw this router I thought to myself that my internet couldn't get better. The idea that my devices are obtaining wifi at the same speed and no interruption what so ever it's exceptional. I would recommend this router to anyone with a great amount of devices. Like the kids say now a days "it's lit".

Perfect router for entire home
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was recommended this by a friend of mine that also bought this, and I have to say that this was a whole new experience compared to my N series router, and there are so many cool extra features that I definitely would've missed out on if I decided to go in a little cheaper route; glad I have it!

Great router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LINKSYS MAX-STREAM AC5400 MU-MIMO Gigabit Router has been a great addition to our house. Before making our purchase there were several locations in our house that were essentially dead spots. Now we have a strong signal throughout our twenty=seven hundred square foot single story house.

Great router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a full house at home now again both my daughter and my son and his girlfriend have moved back home so I bought this so there would be no fussing and fighting and so far it has been able to handle everything we have all thrown at it without complaint so to me it was well worth it

Excellent Upgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was still using an old single band router to manage 12+ smart devices in home. Looked into a new router due to lag and dropped connections. The ac5400 was quick to set up and all prior issues solved including dead spots within the home. A must for multiple device homes.

All that it's advertised to be
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a high-end router because I just acquired 1Gig Internet service, and I have a raft of wi-fi connected devices that stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. The EA9500 replaced an old LinkSys that had delivered yeoman service for over 5 years, so I've had good luck with this brand in reliability. This one is big, so you need some space. But if you have a technie center, all those bristling antennas will get ooh's and ahh's from your friends. But, bottom line, it is really easy to set up, and delivers the goods. All devices, all over the house get solid signal without a booster. One minor gripe is that product descriptions strongly suggest you can separately name 3 wifi networks -- 1- 2.4GHz, and 2 -5 GHz nets. In practice, that's not the case: 2 network names only. But that's only a rub for somebody like me who likes to give power names to my networks to freak out my neighbors. If you've got the bucks and the space for the EA9500, it's the way to go.

Love this router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hooked this router and sync up perfect from my previous router (Linksys AC1900). It was hit by lightning so, that was only reason I had to replace it. I haven't had no issue with any of my devices receiving a signal. It the best I had so far and would not trade it for anything.
