One of the best!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.MIMO is still ahead of it's time but I won't have to buy another router for many years with this technology. The Triband feature allows me to select the top 3 devices to have priority over all others so that I never have a network issue. The Linksys WiFi app is also very user friendly and you can add multiple SSID's if you have more than one location of Linksys routers. Never had a problem with it and I recommend to anybody who is into heavy data activity such as streaming and hardcore gaming.

Great Router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not computer savvy but I can tell you at any given time we have 15 wifi devices active in our home. Our old modem/router combo and wifi extender could not keep up with our needs. I went to Bestbuy where the very professional sales rep listened to our situation and recommended this Linksys Wifi router. The results are like Day and night!! Our download speed is fantastic and we can all finally use our wifi devices simultaneously. We couldn't be more satisfied and recommend this product.

Strong router, easy set up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was tired of dealing with my internet/cable provider router, so took things into my own hands and went with the AC5400. Set up was easy and allowed for the customization I wanted (family vs. guest access codes, prioritized devices, etc.). It is a big thing, so think about the placement before buying (e.g., my previous router was thin and tall and fit on a small shelf, this thing is short and wide/deep). All in all, very happy with the ease of set up and the performance thus far.

Great New Router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the EA-9500 to replace a EA-6500 as the old one decided to slow down after 5+ years of use. Setup was extremely easy since I used the same router name and password (not the default) as before. I have 12+ units attached to the router and haven't seen any issues. The router map is really useful. The list of attached units is nice, but the mapping just makes more sense. The map shows if the unit is attached to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz band of which there are two 5 Ghz bands.

Good router not worth the $400
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from a Netgear R6700 to the Linksys AC5400. The router is good and internet speeds are about the same as my R6700. I did notice an WiFi speed increase of about 10 Mbps. I like the web GUI. However, I didn't notice much of an upgrade. WiFi range is about the same as the R6700. Not really worth the $400. I just got a Netgear R2600 for $170. I'm going to test it out. If I get about the same performance I will be returning the AC5400.

Best device by far!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The whole technology that goes with this device is amazing! Everything on how it is managed, for example, the divisions in between each device, the Mu Mimo at work, giving each device its maximum distributed speeds. I don't have to worry about having all of my devices online, 4k streaming, youtube, computer, ps4, ps3, I mean everything at once even all of the households smartphones, tablets, etc. It is a must have if you dont want to have any kind of lags on your devices!
