Kind of a big footprint, excellent range, love the smart wifi app

This device works great and is reliable. It maintains high speed.

Currently have router placed in central location of 2200sq ft home and get excellent coverage in all areas including the basement. Device was extremely simple to set up and quickly connects all my devices(which is a lot). I would strongly recommend this for a large home or small business that have the needs to connect a lot of devices quickly.

The Linksys AC5400 is the beast of all beasts. It has the MUMIMO tech which allows all of your biggest devices to be connected at once without any speed issues. Plus, the Linksys smart wifi app allows you to prioritize certain devices, and track their usage and connection. It's amazing. I definitely would recommend this to everyone with speed issues.

This device has sofar exceeded expectations... First and foremost, having an 8 port switch is unheardof in a home system, but being an IT person, I have quite a bit of stuff so its great to have the added space! The WiFi is very good as well, great range and speed, without any perceived bottlenecks! Definitely recommend this product!

I use it in my business. We have 3 hard wired computers and run all our business applications in the cloud and our phone system runs through it. All credit cards transactions and 16 cameras also. At any giving time we could also have 20 plus wireless devices logged in. Lots of features. Easy to set up, Great signal quality. So far Great!

Great router the speed is great and it's perfect for gaming

I purchased this router to replace my Netgear X8 5300 AC router because I felt I wasn't getting the performance I wanted out of it. I was excited by the reviews so I took the plunge. I have an average of 12 devices connected to my network at any given time via WIFI and CAT6. I tested the speed results via speedtest.net on several of the devices wirelessly and wired from several different locations in the house. In my 3300 sqft home the signal strength was comparable to the Netgear X8 but the speed was 10 to 20% slower even while testing over wire. That part I really didn't understand. I decided that I would test it over the next few days but I had to remove it in a matter of hours because it really started to drop signals and the gamers in my home and the boss lady (who could care less about tech but just wants it work) complained to me so frequently that I had to stop what I was doing and connect the Netgear again. I updated the Linksys router as soon as I connected it so I was running the latest firmware. I loved that it had 8 ports on the router even if it didn't aggregate for my NAS but it just let me down. It's going back tomorrow.

Bought this router to replace a defective Netgear AC1750 that had become more and more troublesome over the past few months. Super easy setup and very fast downloads. Big plus is the Android app is WAY better than the Netgear Genie, which also had limited functionality. Another big plus is the ability to prioritize device bandwidth.

This router is a powerhouse. Right now I am paying for 100 mbps download speed, and I am getting 125 Mbps throughout my house through wifi. If I am in my backyard I still eat good speeds. The 3 year warranty and support is great, because they have a department dedicated just to help owners of this product. 10/10 would recommend.
