    Mega router

    Although my first one out of the box did not work, I sent it back for replacement. I was on the phone with Linksys tech support for two hours trying to set up the router , they were very knowledgeable and helpful but together we could not get the router to work. I sent it back for replacement but have not received the new replacement yet. I have own Linksys routers before and had real good luck with them. Although I cannot rate the router yet, I can rate there Linksys tech support at 5 stars

    Broke after several months

    My router "fried out" after several months. Horrible tech support. Will be buying different brand next time. $350 down the drain and into the trash.

    WiFi connection constantly drops

    This was a top rated router at the time I purchased it but since then it's been terrible. Worst issue is constant WiFi drops or strong signal but no internet connection. Wish I hadn't paid so much for it

    Linksys diagnosed as defective. Only had it for 197 days. They want me to warranty it and return it, then give me another crappy one. No way. They admitted they were "having issues" with this model.
