This is 4th router in 4 yrs. I have always had coverage problems on 1st and 3rd floors of my 4000sq’ house. WiFi constantly dropped with router based on 2nd floor. Since installing this router have had no dropped signals! Makes everyone in the house happy.

I did not realize how much of my Internet service was not being put to use, till I switched to this router. Handles multiple devices without any problems. I have had this router for more than a year with no issues. Worth every penny!

We started out with a smaller router and were having trouble obtaining wi fi in certain rooms. It was suggested by a BEST BUY employee to try a larger router that will assist in supporting multiple devices at once at a larger use capacity. We upgraded to this router and have had more success than with the downgrade model of this type.

Needed a fast reliable router and this one works great

This router is as good as advertised. I pay for 250 mbps Internet speed and this router consistently pushes 280+ mbps, as I am using 2 bands at one time. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Easy set up and an easy to use app to maintain the router makes this product worth the money.

First off, the customer service is great. I had experienced an issue with parental control, after working with me through all the configurations, it came down to me needing another device, which does happen from time to time on ground breaking technology. I'm happy with device and services.

This Linksys EA9500 router replaced an older Wireless N router that I had installed when I first moved into our new house a couple of years ago. When I first unpacked it, I was a bit surprised by the size. It dwarfed my previous router and is a bit heavier as well. Setup was a breeze. My house is wired for ethernet in some of the rooms, so having 8 ports is a huge plus for me too. I can hard wire my NAS, PC, and PS4 directly into the router, and can use the wireless for streaming to my Roku and Smartphone. I really like the range this router gets. On my previous setup, I had to use a router and another access point on the second floor to get 5Ghz coverage across the house. With this router, I'm able to get full coverage in the house, and lose just 1 bar in the farthest corner of the house. Overall, this is a great router if you have AC clients, or need a strong signal across a wide area. I don't have a 4K tv to be able to try to stream 4K videos wirelessly, but 1080P was not a problem.

With so many different wifi devices online at home the signal was awful. Yes, this is a pricey router, but you get what you pay for. We now have everyone's devices, phones, tablets, laptops, firesticks, etc, running at the same time and do not have wifi issues.

This is the best router from Linksys you can buy and it works great as advertised. If you have a large sq ft home, this will help alleviate weak wifi signals. Great for multiple devices running at the same time around the house. I highly recommend even at such a high price tag.

Has a great connection everywhere. Easy to setup and use.

After visiting several stores and after reviewing various comments about all the Wi-Fi routers available, the Linksys AC5400 came on top. I have a two story house for that reason it was important to have Wi-Fi reception in every corner of my house. I am very happy with my selection.

I updated from a Netgear router that was probably 4 years old. Devices would not connect, drop connections, etc. Replaced with this router and have had no problems since. Also - this was installed on a large property, and it has very good range, even into a large metal pole barn.

Our old router died and with alot of laptops/tablets/Ipods/desktop users here we needed one in a hurry. Looked at alot of different one before choosing this. Glad we did....our overall response speed was more than double with all that use internet. Worth the money

Linksys has done great things when it comes to adding power to their wireless routers. The quality of product is great and it shows. I was shocked why I opened the box up and saw how big the unit is. There are a total of 8 antennas which helps to improve the signal. The range for the router is very good. I was able to get excellent signal throughout my home with no interruptions. The speed is also incredibly fast. The setup and features for the Linksys EA9500, as with other Linksys routers is dummy proof. Everything is pretty much plug and play. Plug the router in, go to the correct address to access the router and it automatically starts to detect the router and set it up for you. Accessing the different features is simple, and there are many options to help make your network secure. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a lot of devices that require wi-fi because this is built to handle many devices. Very simple and powerful.

Our building is 12000 square feet and all steel construction, inside and out. As a result we need a strong WiFi to reach all areas. This unit does the job! The dual 5G capabilities also help when we have numerous individuals connected. Yes it is pricey but worth it.

This should be such a better router for the price. The 5ghz is nice and it has good range. None of the apps work or are available anymore. Does not support VPN which should be available on any router.

I purchased a different router previously which kept dropping out connection. Returned and replaced with this router and it handles everything I throw at it. The 8 built-in ports is a huge plus, getting rid of a separate hub I had connected.

All of my devices are happy. We get along now with less swear words. The app makes my control freak personality very happy with the ability to prioritize specific devices and ‘pause’ (aka deny) others. Love. No regrets.
