it work with my limit ability as I am not use to using the lasted tech and this was simple. The Router gives me hold house coverage and also saves space. I am limited to places to wire it in the the Modem and the space is limited so this works.

An excellent fiber router overall. It's quite easy to set it up with the Linksys mobile app. My family got one when we upgraded to fiber internet, it worked consistently and was easy enough to troubleshoot when it did go down.

I'm about 2 months in and so far it has been outperforming my previous router which was an ASUS AX82U. The benchmark results I have found show that the ASUS is the better router but when it actually came to handling a good amount of devices it would occasionally drop the internet. Maybe that was a security feature to prevent unwanted intrusions but I don't recall ever setting anything like that up. This Linksys has been solid with no issues. Not to mention the web browser interface is a lot easier to manage than the ASUS. The biggest con I could think of for this router is that it requires you to download the app and log in to initiate the setup. It should only require you to direct patch into your pc or laptop and go from there. That is my reason for the 4 stars.
Bought this to extend my WiFi in my house and now use it to separate my WFH setup from my personal setup. It works well, good quality internet with a bigger radius than what was provided by my ISP

Not 100 % on board with this product. I purchased this Linksys product to replace my 9 year old Linksys router. Installed the iPhone app as recommended but never could get the router to link up. Had to call customer support twice. Customer support was very helpful in getting my router connected. Router was listed as coverage for more sq footage than prior router and my main reason for purchasing a new router. But really am not seeing the better coverage as expected. While I understand that my internet provider’s service will have some bearing on the router’s performance I still feel that I may have just wasted money. Too late to return.

Great range. Easy setup. Instead of paying for a monthly rental I’d definitely recommend buying your own router.

Solid features, good performance. Decent range, but range depends on your building and devices also.

Easy hook up and easy network set up to a Motorola MB8611 modem. I replaced a 5 year old modem/router combo to take advantage of increased download speeds from Xfinity. I selected a mesh router because of range and the ease of adding extenders. This unit has a 2,000 square foot listed range. I have not needed extenders. I had one minor issue ( lasted about 1 minute ) in that I had to search twice on the Xfinity feed to find the router. I have used this combination for over a week with no issues. I got increased download speeds on my laptop and iPhone 12.

This router is set up at the office and works excellent. It meets the demands of a busy office in addition to guest WiFi. We've had it in use for close to two years now and it works just as well as when we installed it. I definitely recommend it.

This router came out of the box with all of its ethernet LAN ports not connecting to anything - only wi-fi worked. Maybe this is a dark delivery functionality? The single page "manual" in the box is very poor, it only directs users to a router setup procedure with iPhone or Google Apps. However, there is web access via linksyssmartwifi.com or http://myrouter.local addresses you have to find yourself which enables a PC to access the router setup. After communicating with Linksys Support via chat I finally reset the router (red button in the back) and the ethernet LAN connections finally worked, I have always purchased Linksys routers in the past but this probably is my last one. If you are a patient or technically versed individual this router may be for you. My previous Linksys EA8300 worked well for 7 years but recently started to infrequently drop the internet signal. However this could be that my ISP Spectrum sends a secret signal to drop the connection since Spectrum now rents and supports its own routers. Spectrum itself recommends that your own routers are less than three years old.
