Excellent router for multiple connections. Missing AC-D and DFS wave 2 features(unless links issues a feature update for it). Overall worth the price.

Incredible speeds, I have gigabit internet and I can get close to 800mb om 5G in the same room and 200-700mb in the rest of the farthest reaches of the house. A good buy. The device map will group like devices( example tplink module), so if you want to see a picture of every device like me, you will have to reserve each ip per mac address.

Simple setup and easy function. Great speed 1+ Gbps download and 7 mbps upload. Printer networked no problem, Multiple entertainment hubs connected and too many devices to list connected. It runs two separate home offices. So much more stable than direct competitors that was tried first. Don't let the other's shiny box fool you, Linksys is a much better choice.

It’s a powerful router with the capacity to support a lot of devices at highspeed, my only issues are the fact that it has no vpn capabilities, the interface to adjust settings is hard to navigate, and it does have a little bit of an issue regarding the range of the 5G band. Other than that it’s a great router and supports my over 20 devices

I want to clarify that I'm an IT Professional. I purchased this unit due to the technologies that it claims to provide and my Airport Extreme had died due to a power surge. I opted not to buy another Airport Extreme because Apple is no longer going to support those devices in the near future and is exiting the market (so sad!!). Firstly, this unit has a hard time handling more than 4 devices. I had ethernet hardwired into my Apple TV and it was having a hard time keeping up. My wife couldn't even get Instagram to load properly most of the time. Let me clarify... I have ultra premium internet at 100 mbs from my provider, so that wasn't the issue. I was about to buy another Airport Extreme and just accept the fact that Apple is ditching the product line soon and get over it since this Linksys was just plain awful. Anyone remember Belkin and how awful they were? Guess what... Belkin owns Linksys. It's no wonder they don't use the Belkin name. I never would have bought this Linksys to begin with had I known it was a rebadged Belkin. After talking with some of my other nerd buddies, they recommended the Amplifi system. I gave it a shot. A little sidebar... the founder of the Amplifi system was one of the original Apple engineers who created the first airport extreme. After connecting 11 wired devices and 12 wireless devices, the Amplifi system handles it all with ease. I'm getting consistent speeds using multiple devices at once. 4K is streaming effortlessly. It intelligently provides services to every device. So, if you're in the market for a new wifi system and use multiple devices, look at the Ubiquiti Amplifi system. Best Buy sells this unit and it is worth every penny. Avoid this Linksys at all costs. For the price point it demands, it is not even close to performing the way it should.

Hi, Chad,
We truly appreciate your taking the time to share your product review and this is clearly not the experience that we wanted you to have. The behavior of your EA9300 router was very uncommon as it is capable of handling all your devices simultaneously without compromising your network speed and connectivity. If you still have the device, we'll take this chance to have one of our Escalation Engineers check if this could be a possible firmware issue or a misconfiguration problem. Shoot us an email at LinksysCares@linksys.com with your contact details and the link to this post for easy reference.
Regards,
Jay

This router is probably the best one I have ever bought! It can hold up to 21 devices and you can easily access it anywhere from your phone. I can manage and see who is using my router even if I'm at work. The speed from it excels from my point of view. It's literally the "Best Buy" I have had in awhile.

Bought this router with tax return after getting tired of the Xfinity WiFi disconnecting on a regular basis and only running at an average of 166Mbps. My house is only about 1200 square feet, so..... When I got this unit powered on, set up and connected my laptop in the bedroom I could immediately notice a huge difference in web page loading and internal network speeds. I checked the connection and it stays between 400-800 Mbps (5GHz) depending on other interference. Before if I even walked out the front door in the room where the router is I could only get about 20ft from the house before I lost signal, now I can walk to the mailbox and back without dropping which is about 125 feet from the front door, haven't tested to see how far it can reach but it's already like a 300% increase. I was not expecting a router to be this expensive, but I can say without a doubt it is worth every penny. If you are looking to upgrade your WiFi router I would give this unit a serious look.

I had bought another Wi-Fi router that was an absolute dud and ended up returning it for this one. The setup was super simple, the user interface is straight forward and easy to reconfigure in minutes, reboots are minimal when you decide to make changes. I just needed something that worked.

As promised. Great reception in all rooms. Especially downstairs and out a door to my Man Cave.

So far, so good. It was a lot to pay even on sale but whole house performance is worth it

Previous to this router, I never spent more than $99 on a router, I thought it was a waste of money. Boy was I wrong! I had dealt with an inconsistent internet connection for some time. I upgraded the cable modem, it made a small difference. I tried a new router, no difference. I tried a range extender, no difference. Finally, I decided to spend the money and get the best router I could afford. After a lot of research and personal positive experience with Linksys, I bought this router. I no longer need a range extender, my internet with no other changes went from averaging 25MB/s to 80MB/s on my phone, and my Smart TV's no longer buffer as often or drop a connection! I'm beyond impressed! I can set priority levels for the different devices to take the most bandwidth, I can set limitations on the kid's devices, it's everything I've wanted and more than I expected.

My wife was able to set this thing up all by herself while I was out of town and our old one died. She's not tech-savvy, so that's a testament to the ease of set up for this product. It works very well and our network is lighting fast.

This replaced and older model Linksys product that just didn't have the range and versatility as this unit! When adding Smart Home devices, the number of them rapidly increased! This Router handles them easily.

Have had good experiences with Linksys over the years and stayed with them again when I needed an upgrade. This router is fast and has lots of features. Android app is good but the Echo integration is useless so don't even bother.
