Attempt to move the range extender closer to the router and ensure that it is operating on the latest firmware version for proper functionality. Let’s also make sure that the RE7350 is getting a strong signal coming from the main router. Try to reboot your system as well to refresh the connection, starts with the modem then the router.

Ended up spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with tech support from Linksys. I had to allow the tech to control my computer in order to set it up which I was not comfortable doing but did anyway to get the darn thing working. He was successful, but today I went to relocate it and when I plugged it in again it wouldn’t light up. It seems like it’s shot. Total aggravation and waste of time. Returning it and getting a Netgear.
