Easy to use and setup just not always strong single

Have used this for about one month without difficulty. Now am unable to access my Smart WiFi account, which is where all the admin settings reside. Have spent hours with Linksys technical support but they are unable to fix. Linksys online community message boards conclude there is a firmware bug, and I believe this is true.

I experienced difficulties with this router almost from the moment I installed it. It has terrible range (dropouts at less than 20 feet in a ranch home), and is completely inconsistent in its performance. On top of that, Linksys (Cisco) will only offer phone support for 90 days before they begin charging you to help determine what's regularly going wrong with their inferior product. Trust me, stay away from this manufacturer.

I have tried for months to get tech service to correct the problem and if you like the run around maybe for you but not me!!! I bought it in July 2012 now February 2013 and it still don't work as I have tried over and over to correct the problem. I will never buy any of there products again as they wont fix or correct your problem if it is not on the computer screen in front of them and don't ask fro supervisor as they laugh there in the Philippians and the super visors are in California What A JOKE!!!

I am not at all a technical person at all. I have had two of the same router and both are junk! The first one I called the tech support and after 3 hours on the phone they said to get a different router. Which I did thinking I just had a bad one......nope! The second got all set up correctly and thought it was going to work with the smart wifi and when I logged out of that website it does the same thing and gives me a bad gate way error. It's been a nightmare. The tech was no help what so ever.

I was bough this router few days ago, but i return it next day, because router overheated. I don't recommend tthis router. Netgear N750 works better than Linksys

Set up needs technic support (from India...) - set up (timer, devices, blocking, etc) is not stable - apps not working (read review to see how bad it is!!!) - top of the top: email for customer support is not working (dns failure)
