Different item than listed, complete piece of crap

The only part of this that was the same as the listing was the backpack. Different tablet, different (very much not kid proof) case, and neither of the the other two items from the listing even included. The tablet itself is garbage. It loads a version of android OS but has a box at the bottom of the screen that says “safe mode” even with the OS running. Just trying to log in to the play store and it crashed. Runs slower than I have seen any device run since the early 2000s. Screen also looks like something out of the early 2000s, and the touchscreen barely works. Absolutely a piece of garbage. The ga t that Best Buy even hosts this item on their website makes me not want to shop at Best Buy again. I mean, for an $80 decide marketed as a kid’s toy, I wasn’t expecting like an iPad or something, but good lord.

It’s okay it was supposed to come with a pen but it didn’t that was main reason for purchasing

My Friend Gifted me this an it was outstanding the tablet had really good quality picture for its price and the frames were really good and its really good to use it for work needs, and in your free time to relax with the tablet. OVERALL The best Tablet
