    Great trampoline! Putting it together took some time, some of the holes didn't line up so I had to drill them. But overall great fun!

    Box came In destroyed. I called back and did not bother getting me a new one back. Some parts did came in damaged.

    The is item was missing a part when it was first delivered. I contacted the company and they sent me the missing part.Great product overall.

    got our trampoline today was excited to put it up but unfortunately we are missing one leg exstention so we can't even set it up dont even know who to contact to try to get a replacement sent out to us searched every where on internet would hate to have to return it to get my money back very disappointed

    Very disappointed and annoyed!! More than half of the parts missing. I recommend not buying this for best buy unless you are trying to pay extra for missing parts from amazon.
