    This is a cute case; I had recently purchased it along with the JitterBug Phone, the phone I absolutely HATE. I was told that it would take at least three days to have old number sent to the phone, it took three weeks. Why? because the person placed in the wrong phone number. wow!

    Finally, a smartphone that's easy to use! No having to remember "icons" as they are given along with what they represent! Having resisted the "change" due to perceived complexity of use of this technology, after taking "the leap" I found the phone's design easy to use, with Lively Support readily available, and now can't imagine why I waited so long!
