Easy to use. Open to answer, close to hang up. Only downside is having to press “OK” button too many times when making a call.

I purchased this phone for a quick cheap fix after my original phone went wacky. Have a replacement phone being shipped, but will take awhile to arrive. Live in the country 30min. from the nearest town. Needed a phone now for emergencies while MTB riding and hiking almost every day along with the normal need of one. This Lively flip was on sale the cheapest I’ve ever seen it for $29.99 at Best Buy. Had checked it out previously for my mother when she dropped/broke her phone. It was on sale at that time for $49.99. The original retail price is $99.99. If you activate online it’s $25 vs. $35 w/in store activation, or phone call w/a representative. I purchased, activated, and picked the cheapest plan at $14.99 monthly and was all set to go for $58.00. Great deal! 300min. + .10cent per text. All I need - don’t normally text at all. For $19.99 a month you get Unlimited talk & text. Plus taxes of course. Anyway, I love this thing. So easy to set up & easy to use. Loud & crystal clear conversation both ways, and the same goes w/speaker phone. Quick easy voicemail retrieval. A very nice looking basic well made sturdy little phone. You can stop and start service with no penalty charge. Stays activated as far as I was told. Will have to double check with that now that I have a phone to call Lively/Great call to confirm how that may actually work. This phone will just be a backup phone for me in the future. Only 1 very minor con... have to press the OK button on the keypad to answer incoming calls...... it’s not all that hard to do. Thanks for listening/reading, WAG

It was exactly what I was looking for. My elderly grandmother has no problem using it and navigating through the system. The salesman that helped me was very thorough.

I purchased this phone for my 85 year old mother. She has no problem with it. I love it. We programmed our numbers into speed dial and that has helped her. She still cannot retrieve voice mail so I wish I could delete it as number one on speed dial but I cannot. That is my only complaint. The ringer volume controls on the side I ended up locking them since she kept accidentally turning the ringer off. The locking feature is a great setting.

I love my Jitterbug flip phone. The only problem I see is the volume button goes to silent easily. A person needs to make sure the volume button is on Maximum to be able to hear the notifications and phone ringing. It is a great phone and very easy to use.

I first bought the Jitterbug smartphone for my aunt (75) and I thought it was great. It was so easy to use and had a lot of programs on it, but she had trouble with it, so we returned it and got the Jitterbug flip phone instead. My dad (81) also has the Jitterbug flip phone for over a year now and both of them are pleased with the product. It is simple and easy to use. There is also a max volume setting for seniors with hearing issues. Neither of them text or take photos so I can't comment on the camera. Overall, great basic flip phone.

This is an OK phone. Bought it for my mom, so she can reach me if the landline is down. We've had flip phones before, but this is nothing like them. I suppose, once you get used to it, it is probably simple to use, but it's not as intuitive as other phones of this design. I've used cell phones for at least 25 years & in not afraid of tech. I find it difficult to teach her to use it.
On the other hand, it's less expense than having another line on Verizon.

Easy for the senior that refuses to change or has problems with technology. Flip it open and the buttons are easy to see and the screen is large and has a simple format.
This is perfect for the person that doesn't care for desktop pictures, but just wants to use the phone for calls.

I have had the phone only two days, but I certainly like it so far. Unlike the smartphones that I've had, there's no guessing nor getting a surprise when you push a key. Great for us octogenarians!

Excellent product. Very easy to use. Purchased it because of its simplicity. Large buttons make it easy for my wife who has vision issues. Support in setting it up was excellent.

Bought this for my 92 y.o. step-father. It is a handy little flip phone for 'use as a back-up to an IPhone or Samsung flat screens. It is challenging for seniors with memory difficulties. I have had problems getting the settings to lock. Seems the buttons on the right side of the phone easily unlocks the settings ie: "speed dial" when handled. A very poor design.
Would not purchase if there was a more simple phone available.

Simple to use and allows handicapped family member who only has use of one hand, to call and text without all the issues related to smart phones. Both phone and service priced right.

Best phone for simplicity and use for my 82 year old Mom. Her arthritis in hands makes using phones tough and this one she can open, read and use all the buttons. Very Pleased with this purchase!

Nice phone for elderly users. My dad uses it for shopping trips and whenever he leaves the house. My dad is 85 years old so the simplest phone is all he needed. It also is affordable for him since he doesn’t use WiFi and the cost is locked into a monthly payment.
