I purchased this for my mother, who is 93 and lives on her own. It was easy to set up and is convenient for her to wear at home and when she is out and about. The initial cost was low and the monthly cost is equitable. With the app we can see her location and it provides us with the security to allow her the independence she enjoys!

My mom ended up having to use the very next day. I wasn’t going to get the fall protection detection, but I ended up adding that for nine dollars extra per month on top of the $24 per month and I’m glad I did because they actually called me to tell me that they detected a fall in my mom was unconscious. The Livelye operator conferenced called me in to her button thing and I was able to talk to EMS. Thank God I set it up online put in all her emergency contacts and it literally worked absolutely positively amazingly. I was going to get her life alert, but he had to buy that online and wait for it to ship so I’m very very very glad I got this from Best Buy. I highly highly recommend.

Once I fell and injured myself, I knew I needed to get some sort of alert system. The Lively Mobile 2 seemed perfect. It was lightweight, comfortable to wear, easy to charge, and best of all I could talk directly into the pendant. I feel safer with this device. I wish I bought it sooner.

I got this for my mother. It was very easy to activate. I did it online. I added the fall detection. So far, she hasn't needed to push the button, but it gives me peace of mind knowing if something happens, she will get help. It is very easy to charge. Just set it on the charger. It blinks when charging and solid when done. There are 2 lights on the back that tell you if it needs to be charged and signal strength. It is very good where we live. There is a cell tower not far away.

This device has saved my mother life it's a must have.

Seems like a great safety tool for an aging parent and gives peace of mind to everyone. The only snag was setting the service up wasn’t easy and had to call customer service to do it. Customer service indicated that Best Buy was supposed to assist when we bought the unit.

These work really well and the call center is phenomenal.

This was for my mother. It works as advertized and very easy to set up. Gives my mom and the whole family piece of mind.

Mybwife had one for 2 years and it worked when she needed it. I needed something and some others cost $100/mo and 3 yr contract. NOOE, this one is reasonable, I live alone now and added the fall protection. We only know for sure its great - when we need it. I chose it because of wifes experience, I get quick customer service when I do call, no contract, so I am pleased.

Lively Mobile for Mom will help her stay in her own home as she ages. And gives me some peace of mind even though i live next door.

I Had trouble getting device to connect to servers

Very happy with product. Tested it and received immediate response. One thing noted it does give a precise location.

I needed to get this to replace my old Lively Medical alert. Was very easy to set up and make the transfer. Also was better to buy at Best Buy than direct from Lively becasue was the same cost, but no shipping fee and got Best Buy reward points.

Excellent buy; gave this to my Mom and the very next morning she fell and 911 was there when we went in. It did what it was supposed to do. Just be careful when putting in emergency contacts. I did this but must have not saved them as we didn't get notified when she fell. We just happened to go over there when 911 was there.
