Since working at home during the virus pandemic, I needed a higher quality camera for ZOOM and MS TEAMS calls. I first ordered a similar camera from Amazon. It was terrible and did not look good at all. I returned it and decided to shop at Best Buy. Glad I did. This 4K camera is extremely crisp and clear. it is exactly what I need.

Definitely a great purchase. Easy setup and great quality picture.

Really high definition but questionable necessity. The picture quality is great, but most video chatting apps only send 1080p resolution. If you're getting this for streaming you might consider an option other than a webcam, but for ease of use you can't beat it. The clip does hang into my monitor's field of view (about 1/4" from the top of the monitor). Mildly annoying when looking at information at the very top of the screen

Started using 27 inch monitor and needed a good webcam to replace camera on MacBook Pro. Logitech 4K Pro was the right choice. Easily mounts to top of monitor and configuration was simple. Downloaded the Logi Camera settings software, configured a few options and everything was set. It's really an excellent webcam and I'm very happy with purchase.

The video on this is amazing! I do zoom calls for my company and with family. It sure as heck beats potato quality video streaming. 4K/1080 quality is the best!

Works great! I was concered with it being 4k it would show crazy detail and defects in the face but no I actually look great on the camera!

The camera is as advertised and I have conducted Virtual meetings and the picture and sound are quality. I love how you can adjust settings on the fly and the positioning of how you sit in front of the camera.

Really happy with the quality of this web cam. It does a pretty good job with adjusting for lighting. I also do not have problems with Google Meets like I do with some other web cams. I think the USB-C helps with that. I don't use the built-in mic, so not sure on the performance there.

Excellent low light and green screen ability. While I still use light it works even better than the HD camera to pick up low light while streaming or video chatting. Broadcast comes through clearly both visually and auditory.

For low light situations im going to have to say the Brio works best in the Dark… Where as if your wanting higher res video in a well lit room I would then say go with the 4k Pro. Either way they are both going to cost you a pretty pennies in my opionion for a Hardwired webcam. But both are Mac compatable so if your worried dont be. I prefer the brio but the second webcam i rely on is a 4k pro!!!

The design of the product and the camera and mic are great. The downside right now is the worldwide pandemic which has caused a shortage and run all webcams. This being one of the best if not the best for the average consumer makes it even harder. It took me 2 months to finally score one off the Best Buy site with me checking the site daily.

First off, I don’t use the background removal so my review doesn’t include it. As far as a webcam, the picture is high quality, the lag is minimal to non-existent, and it works out-of-the-box in OBS. Great cam that does what it claims to do.

If you need 4k with a decent field of view these will do the trick. It has a separate piece to shield the camera when not in use with built in mic. I'd recommend adding some sort of light system. It's used in a home office and it does what's needed.

Before purchasing this wecam, I was using the built in camera that came with the laptop. My job requires me to take video calls most of the day. So I was looking for something that provides great image quality. This camera was amazing and produces stunning video clarity. If you are looking for a solid 4k webcam, then this could be it.

Just what I ordered. High quality and a very easy purchase.

Decent webcam with good picture quality. About the only thing that I would add is a light. My lighting in my area is slightly non-optimal, and it sometimes is too dark for the camera to see me clearly. Having said this, I am actually impressed by how well that this device does in my relatively low-light situation. The lack of a light is not as much of a deal-breaker as I originally thought it would be.
