I have a friend who is currently seeking her Doctorate and is doing a study group with students in a community she someday hopes to help elevate. This mic was perfect for what she wants to do because of the Omnidirectional mode. Perfect for capturinng sound from all directions like for a study group. Plus its pink and which is one of the colors of her sorority. She loves it. Thanks Best Buy!
