It looks like it should have come with the iPad. Surpassed all my expectations. I love how it snaps on magnetically, how thin it is and that I can place it vertical or horizontal. I have had it for several months and have never charged it yet. In fact Im writing this review with it!

The battery charged to full in about 2 hours and it attached easily to the iPad. The metal clam shell design provides for a smooth and durable cover to the iPad screen. It added very little weight to the iPad, was easy to open, close and separate, as needed. Groove in the key board provides the perfect angle for typing. Responsiveness is good. On/off switch for the keyboard is easily accessable.

I bought this as a gift for my wife because she always complains about how difficult it is to type e-mails or notes on the Ipad. She loves this keyboard and so do I. It is really easy to type on. I feel just like I'm using a laptop. The key spacing and feeling is excellent. We like the built in stand for the Ipad. It is great also for holding the Ipad to watch movies.

I bought this keyboard to go with my iPad Air with retina display so that I didn't have to lug my 8lb work laptop around a 4-day conference. The little product video sold me! It was fantastic for my needs. Light and easy and charges with a simple cable & plug that is provided. Paired right away and seamlessly with my iPad and the iPad nestles right in the little groove. Keyboard has an on/off button and the charge probably could have gone the whole time but I didn't take the chance. Keyboard was fantastic and comfortable and the one side magnetically adheres to the iPad so it becomes like a case to the face of the iPad. Cut and paste functionality is so convenient. It makes a mini laptop essentially. Used it with straight up notepad and my word processor app. Now I need to play around and see what other apps I can use it with. It's a bit pricey at $100, so I need to make myself use it for pleasure now that the conference is over. I gave it 4 stars because there isn't a way to see when it's fully charged or needs to charge. And because I had to remove my case in order to use it properly and carry it. Basically you can use the keyboard as your case (it only covers the front of your iPad) OR your case. You can't make the keyboard fit into your case. Which is a bit of a bummer because now the back of my iPad is all scratched up. But overall the keyboard is awesome.

After trying several different iPad keyboard options I found this to have the best features. The unit is lightweight but feels solid. The keyboard shortcuts are fantastic. Battery life is absolutely superb. Setting up the unit is extremely easy. The only drawback I can see is the hinged magnet could be a little stronger. I find the keyboard and iPad become separated a little too easily. Also, there is no way to attach any sort of case that protects the iPad's back with the keyboard attached.

The keyboard is easy to set up. The slot for the IPAD works really well for either typing or touching. Keyboard, even though small, is easy to use and has a nice feel. Good feedback when typing. The magnet works well but, as in the doc, it isn't intended to be a locking mechanism. When closed, it fits perfect and provides another layer of protection. Goes for a couple weeks without charging. Wouldn't be without it.

I have been looking at every single portable keyboard option for the new iPad. This is THE best option for the new iPad with bluetooth and great/ideal spacing for the keys. This makes it very easy to type for a long time with very few miskeys. Great buy, beautiful design with magnetic slot for iPad makes connecting perfect.

This really is a simple keyboard and packs easily with the ipad. Nice viewing angle and keyboard very similar to using desktop keyboard.

I looked a several keyboards for the iPad 3 and tried the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover first. I didn't need to try a second keyboard. This one works perfectly (I've been using it for a month). The keyboard is also a stand. It props up the iPad at a convenient angle and holds it solidly in place; you can pick up the iPad and the keyboard stays attached. As a cover, it attaches magnetically to the iPad and holds solidly in place when it's protecting the screen. It looks like a natural part of the iPad. Kudos to Logitech for a superb design and engineering effort. The keyboard uses USB-only charging (no AC converter), so you must have a computer, monitor, or hub with a free USB port to charge the battery. This has not been a problem.

A great cover, keyboard and stand for my iPad. I use the keyboard and stand at work but use a different stand at home that rotates between portrait and landscape and Logitech keyboard, stand and cover allows for an easy removal of my iPad so I can place it in my other stand.

This wireless keyboard was a late Christmas gift to myself. My only regret is not buying one sooner! It looks great, is easy to use and setup, and the battery lasts an impressively long time. Goodbye evil touch screen iPad keyboard! Welcome back typing sanity. =)

I've been holding off on getting a keyboard for the iPad, and I'm glad that I did until this one came along. For you typist out there, this keyboard has the correct finger placement. It is easy to use, compact, and very functional. The battery lasts a very long time (I use it daily and had to charge it for the first time yesterday). It protects my device, so I don't need a cover or a protective shield. It adds weight to the iPad, but the tradeoff is worth it for me. The magnet works well enough that I do not have to worry about it detaching from the iPad in my bag (it will detach if it gets pulled, but that doesn't and shouldn't happen by itself). It has made taking notes at meetings a breeze. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommend it.

I bought this to make my iPad easier to type on and it's been the best investment. It takes 5 seconds to set up and does exactly what it says it will -- provides a nice touch keyboard that is comfortable to type on and much faster than tapping one letter at a time with a finger or stylus. It also provides a nice viewing angle if you just want to prop up the iPad for watching a movie or video clips. Additionally, it makes a nice screen cover while toting the iPad in a bag. You can't hold the iPad and let the keypad dangle or fold it back like a cover, but it easily separates to use the iPad and leave the keyboard stashed. I would highly recommend this device to anyone looking for a keyboard.

The case looks good just like an apple product. The keyboard paired quickly with my iPad 3rd Generation and types nicely. I like the groove you can put the iPad in makes it look like notebook

Really like this product and I've used it regularly while traveling and at home. Keyboard is very easy to use and allows you to enjoy the full size screen on the iPad; something that can get annoying when you are working on larger documents or typing long emails. Also gives more room to chat and view video at full size. The keyboard acts as a very good protective front cover for the iPad that integrates nicely as it has the same exterior finish. Easy to use, securely clips onto the iPad so it doesn't come off when being moved around. Overall it's a great product, price could be a bit lower though.

LOVE IT! Sleek. Sturdy. Incredibly good looking. Recommend without reservation. Suddenly my iPad is more than an iPad - it's my go to 'laptop' with a great keyboard that has changed how I use and view my new best friend.

I've had no problems with the keyboard itself. The slot to place the iPad is perfect viewing angle. I use this to watch movies on plane so I don't have to hold it through the whole flight. The keyboard is a good size for me. I don't feel like the keys are cramped or too small. The only negative is the magnet doesn't hold well. Best buy employee told me Best Buy didn't carry a blue tooth keyboard like thus that would worth for iPad3, only the Air. Of course they were wrong, all I had to do was nice the Air over to see the one I ended up buying.

I had a separate keyboard, but it was very inconvenient so I was looking for a more convenient option that didn't require I used it on a desk or table. This keyboard has been great. The battery is long lasting. I have owned it for about a month or so. Charged it when I first got it and it is still going. For a thin, light, easy to type on, and ultra usable (table, lap, bed, wherever) keyboard I am not sure this can be beat. The power switch does seem a bit flimsy/loose but I haven't had any problems with it yet.

I am useing the keyboard to write this review and it is as easy as useing my desktop. The cover also adds protection to your tablet. This is my third cover and by far the best that I have bought!

I like the way it snaps into place with the hinge. The keyboard has the feel of a full size keyboard. The keyboard uses very little power and I've only had to charge it once in a month of use.
