Needed a higher quality webcam for Skype that was good in low light. The webcam was the perfect fit for a great price. it attached quickly to the top of my Windows based laptop screen, and was installed and running within minutes. The picture was sharp and well balanced light and color wise at 720p. Skype was able to quickly find and use the webcam for video conferencing in a seamless way. I liked it so much and at such a great price, I bought a second one to throw in my wife's laptop bag for her video conference sessions when on the road. The size is very compact and fits great in a laptop bag for easy travel.

Great picture, clear sound, great product for price

I haven't owned a webcam in a long time, and wanted one for some upcoming projects. I plugged the webcam in and within a few minutes it was up and running and I felt the quality of the pictures was very nice. It did well with limited lighting and was easy to use. My biggest complaint would be that I didn't understand all the differences between models. I got the middle of the road and as far as I can tell it's going to do way more than I needed, but I didn't understand some of the features on the packaging. But I did get everything I wanted and more at what I thought was a decent price.

I got this web cam for my desktop so I could have something to use with Skype. It works out of the box. Good quality on video and sound. I only have two minor complaints. One: The usb cable length is too short. It barely reaches the back of my desktop (sits atop my monitor). Two: the camera has a week clasp to grab onto the monitor, so it is really just sitting there and can be knocked very easily .

Easy setup, easy use, good quality, no problem so far

I was looking for a camera for my desk top computer so I could use Skype with my Laptop also bought at Best Buy a few years back. I have Windows 10 installed on the Laptop, and Home Premium on the Desk top. No issues works great.

We've been using these to record small group sessions in a behavioral science course. So far the video and audio have been great for one on one and small groups. The Logitech software is easy to install and the one click record is great for folks who many not be comfortable with technology.

I bought this camera so my wife could use Skype to talk to her relatives in Germany. It works great. It has a built in microphone so a separate one is not required.

We found it easy to set up, which for us isn't usually the case with anything electronic! Friends were blown away by the clear sharp picture & sound quality.

A good camera for the price. Color adjustments are very sensitive. Mount is inconvenient. Camera is so small and light, that if you want to set it on a table, the weight of the cord and small, hard, plastic mount causes the camera to easily move unwantedly.

The camera is a real plug and play item. The associated software package loaded without a hitch and is very intuitive. The adjustment controls are simple to use, and the picture quality is exceptional. An excellent buy!

Anyone with Windows 10 that is not using the Benefits of Cortana needs to purchase one of these cameras and start speaking to their computer as they do with their phones. Broadens the capabilities of their Windows 10 machines. Much easier to say open Metro or what is the weather today than clicking multiple times to get the same results.

I am not going to ding this item for not being something other than what it is advertised to be. This is a 720p Webcam with 5 megapixel still shots. It is also an inexpensive camera. Based on the cost and the specs, I have no problem giving it 5 stars, as I feel it is excellent as a 720p, inexpensive camera. I replace an older Logitech Webcam with this one, and am very happy with the improvement this has given me. The colors look good, the software is easy to use and the images are clear. For anyone looking for a low cost, easy to use Webcam that presents a clear image, this is a good choice.

wanted this to use mic with windows 10 cortona , and debated on camera resolution but both worked great . for the money you can't go wrong

very good web cam i had no problem installing it to my computer i would recommend it.

this is my second same webcam that I purchased from Best buy. I happened to broke the first and very same item due to dropping it with lap top and had to buy same item again for very good quality picture for my video chats etc.

I needed a camera that could be hand held and used in place of the embedded one on my laptop. I kept gravitating to this one because of the price. It had all the features I needed. I kept looking at the more expensive models, but decided on this one and I'm glad I did. The price made it even better. Picture quality is excellent and the sound isn't too bad. Focus is quick and the face feature works nicely.

This little camera does just great. I use it on my Windows 7 computer without any problems.

Great webcam but even though it states HD, the resolution is not the greatest. To do over again, I would have taken the top end webcam. If someone holds up a book, you can't read the words on the page no matter what the distance.

This is a basic camera that can be a little more versatile than your laptop webcam. I bought it to make instructional fitness videos, but it's not that much better except that I can move it around as long as it's connected to the laptop. The video quality is about the same as laptop ( Toshiba Satellite), that I bought. It's best to make sure your camera is compatible with your computer before you purchase.
