I've been an ergo/split keyboard user for many years. I had the OG white MS ergonomic keyboard until it died. Since I've had many, many models of split keyboards from various brands. I saw Logitech had a new model coming out and I checked out the specs and early reviews. (See the tl;dr for the story of my recent keyboard woes.) It's got Bluetooth with easy switching for three devices, plus a USB dongle, two height adjustment setting on the flip out legs, and has MacOS support. It was impossible to view one in person (stupid pandemic!) but I decided to spend the money and try it; my home keyboard/mouse/monitor are now critical for my job. I am completely happy with its key travel, although I thought it was a little soft at first. I was a little worried about the wrist rest "fabric" but it looks better in person and feels nice. It is also easy to clean, but that little ridge between it and the keyboard does collect crumbs and dust. Canned air takes care of it easily enough. The Logi Options tool for MacOS works like a charm (so much better than the old days when Logitech had only so-so Mac support). Although you have to use a login, it saves my settings between devices! My only issue with it was hitting the Print Screen button when going for backspace, but I finally got used to that (I almost set that button as another backspace button). I haven't had it long enough to know about battery life, but it has lasted the two months I've had it and still shows full. The USB dongle has a nice storage nook under the battery compartment so i don't worry about losing it. It is expensive, but my hands and wrists would say it is worth every penny. I am now using this keyboard more than 8 hours a day and love it. tl;dr Recent history of my ergo keyboard woes: About a year ago I needed a new keyboard for use at home. I am a Mac user which can bring its own compatibility challenges, especially with one of the major brands that sell ergo keyboards (I won't mention Microsoft's name). I bought their latest fancy Surface version which was bluetooth enabled. It was nice but the bluetooth connection was poor and you could only pair with one device. Also, since there was no MacOS driver or utilities, there was no way to see the battery level or to swap keys around (to better work like a Mac with the command key being closest to the spacebar) so I had to find a third party utility. It was so frustrating, when they released a new, simple corded ergonomic model I picked that up. At least I could swap keys in the regular keyboard settings and not need a third party utility, but again, no drivers and so I had to set it up by hand and the media/functions keys were not configurable. The keys were big and clicky, and although I know some people like that, I am not one of them. End tl;dr

Got this after going over a ton of reviews on multiple platforms. Using it for the past 2-3 weeks and so far I really like it! I was looking for a keyboard that is ergonomic and works with my MacBook Pro and does not need customized key labels! This one fits the bill perfectly. Even though it's a bit on the pricey side, I already feel a difference. Even after using it all through the day, I don't get the pain I used to get near my wrists and forearms. Also, the wrist wrest is quite comfortable. Coming from using the Apple wired keyboard, this feels like a huge upgrade! The fact that you can pair it with 3 devices using Bluetooth or the dongle is awesome! Overall, I love it so far!

For years I was trying to replace the Mircosoft Ergonomic wired keyboard which has been discontinued. There are knock-offs online for desparate people like me. But I bought the logitech K860 and think it is even better than the keyboard i missed so much. Keyboard has great ergnomics and the wireless works great. I use a surface dock to connect it. Great product.

The actual key spread required some getting used to - I think i still have muscle memory from a decade+ use of a Microsoft Ergo Keyboard - but the tactile feel of this K860 is excellent. - Bluetooth pairing with up to 3 devices is convenient - CoPilot key is as useless as ever - Wrist pad resists spills/stains and is comfortable hours at a time

I bought this because of the laptop-like keys, but I also need the ergonomic design. It was twice as expensive as a couple of the other ergos I tried out - but it was the only one I found that has those keys. It is very quiet, so I'm really happy to not have all that 'clicking'! There are a number of special keys/features that will likely be very helpful -- when I get a chance to try them all out! The wrist rest is very comfortable -- not quite as cushy as some of the other ones I've tried that have memory foam -- but that appears to be okay, as it's good support. The keys are not as far apart as a standard ergonomic, and I haven't yet determined if that's a good thing or not. I look forward to continued use as I get comfortable with my hand placement, and many years of happy typing!

I had been using the k350 for years. Eventually i realized i was occasuonally having wrist pain, and it was super loud and mushy to type on. I got this in early 2020 and haven't had any wrist pain since, plus it's actually pretty quiet to type on. It wasnt difficult to get used to. None of the lettering is wearing out and the wrist pad isnt deformed at all. There are dark spots where my wrists sit, but it doesnt affect function or comfort so i dont mind. Ive only had to change the batteries a couple of times, the only thing it's missing is backlit keys for the price.

This keyboard is exactly what I needed! I do accounts receivable/billings and have recently started to develop symptoms of carpel tunnel so I decided to look into ergo keyboards. I had the "Logitech K350 Wireless Wave Ergonomic Keyboard with Unifying Wireless Technology - Black" before this and just hated it. Functionally it worked great and had amazing features, it just wasn't for me. The keys were too bulky. It was loud and my typing just felt 'out of flow' even after using it for a few weeks straight (10+ hrs/day). I've only been using this ERGO K860 keyboard for a little over 30 minutes and can already say I'm very pleased with this choice! A few pros: - It's quiet - The setup is very similar to that of a standard laptop keyboard so very little 'readjusting' in my opinion. - The cushion pad is firm but soft - very comfortable and appears durable - The wave design is just right for the comfort of my hands. It feels natural. Even with the 7' lift that is on the wrist-pad portion of the board and not in the top like a few eithers. - The keys are shallow and easy to press - for my girls who enjoy having their nails a little 'longer than normal' like me this is a great keyboard for you. - The response time of the keys are great to. No delay that I can tell. For Cons, I'll have to get back to you on that since I haven't had it long enough to test and speak to accurately but a few thoughts on cons are below: - A little more pricey than the model I had before (a good $60+ more) but you get what you pay for. - For spacing reasons, I'm sure, a few keys appear to have a dual function so this will take a small learning curve. I haven't looked into how to use them appropriately, though, so more on this later. - I've heard there may be some issues with the fn key functionalities based on other reviews, but I don't really use those so I definitely can't speak to that. If you're a gamer, you may want to do more research.

While it is more expensive than other keyboards, its ergonomics are tops. And it doesn't have the problem some keyboards have that long keys like Shift get stuck when pressed at the edges with the little finger. And the wrist rest is maybe the nicest feature.

This keyboard had been on my radar for some time. I first saw it online but I wanted and needed to feel it for myself prior to buying. I knew immediately after testing it out in the store that I was going to buy this model. First and foremost I have to rave about the packaging. I don't spend on myself often so this was a gift to myself. I got it home and began to open the box. As I lifted the top open I see the keyboard is wrapped in tissue paper! Like a present. It was very nice. It wasn't like the normal plastic bags, the tissue paper was folded over with a sticker on it to hold it together. That is pride in your product. Dislike - there is a lock button right above the 10-key pad above the minus sign. I use that button quite a bit and have on occasion locked my computer in one second because of that button. I wish it was somewhere else. I do like the ability to quickly lock my screen. I work remotely and this keeps my information secure. Dislike: The wrist cushion bar. I wish I weren't as wide or removable so I can add my own. I would have also liked if it were removable because it would be easier to dust off as little things can get settled in the crevice. Likes - literally everything else! It's very quiet. The keys are soft and almost flush with the keyboard so not bulky. The design of it being an ergonomic keyboard is well done. I have no aches in my wrists after hours of working. I appreciate that! It's very easy to use and connect. It does not take up too much room. I use a smaller two drawer desk, I have this keyboard, a laptop and two monitors and still have room. I didn't take away any stars because my dislikes are personal preference more than poor construction. I only wish I purchased it sooner.

The split keyboard looks strange, yet once you start typing, everything seems normal. The key feel is great. Key press feedback good too. The neutral positioning of my hands is comfortable. I found the front elevated keyboard set to the first leg height the most natural of positions. KEY FEATURES: ON OFF switch on the leading edge of the rear of the keyboard easy to locate and use. You are able to pair and chose 3 devices , be they MAC, Windows, etc., and either UNIFY Receiver or Bluetooth. Top row of function keys. Here is an interesting feature, the center keys have slight landing pads to help orient your hands and finger placement. Soft wrist pad Full numeric entry pad nicely laid flat for numeric entry.

The Logitech ERGO K860 keyboard is a lifesaver for long work sessions! The split, curved design and cushioned palm rest make typing super comfortable and reduce strain on my wrists. Setup was easy, and it works seamlessly with both my Windows and Mac devices. The keys are quiet and have a nice feel, so typing is smooth and satisfying. It’s a bit big, but totally worth it for the comfort and ergonomics. Highly recommend if you spend a lot of time typing!

I use this thing all day every day and love it. Super comfortable, and decent key feel. The reverse slope and padded wrist rest and great. Pretty quiet which is nice for the office. This is my first ergo keyboard and found it pretty easy to adjust to. Only con so far: one of the little feet for raising the wrist rest broke off. That's pretty disappointing, but it feels so nice to type on this I'd still recommend it.

At work I spend a lot of time working at a computer and my hands get stiff / numb occasionally. After I switched to this keyboard, I noticed right away that my wrist were straighter and the built-in rest is really comfortable. I guess I really took for granted something I use everyday. Pros - Includes a wireless USB receiver and Bluetooth that can be paired to multiple computers. There are buttons on the keyboard that allow you to swap between paired devices. - Wrist rest and angle adjustment really reduce the pressure / bending you feel. - Useful short cut keys for launching apps and commands. - Keys have labels for Mac and PC. - Very quiet. Things To Consider - The split key layout takes some getting used to. I have an old injury that limits the use of my pinkie finger on my right hand and so I was used to typing a little offset to compensate. The first day was hard, but I have gotten faster over the past week and the double space bar really works. - Key travel is shallow and the weight is on the lighter side. Not a big issue for me and this does make it very quiet. This is a quality keyboard that adds comfort and convenience. The split keys do have a learning curve, but I wouldn’t go back to a regular keyboard.

My wrists would typically hurt after a long work day at my computer, so I decided to give this keyboard a shot as it does look more ergonomic. Large wrist support cushion at the bottom is designed to support your writs at a more natural angle, not parallel to the desk. Does this help with the pain? Yes! After just a couple days behind this keyboard I've noticed an improvement! It was sure difficult to get used to a curved shape, I had to re-adjust my typing habits a little, for example I was used to hitting B with my right thumb vs the left one. There is definitely a learning curve to get used to it. I was missing the keys at the beginning and typing real slow, but just after a couple hours I've got it. Other than a curved shape - there is not a lot of features. Keyboard is battery powered (2xAAA batteries at the bottom) so it does not have a backlight. No "wheel" like on a Logitech Craft. Keyboard supports re-mapping of the function keys using Logitech Options software. Who would I recommend this keyboard to? Someone who writes a lot - definitely! Someone who needs more functionality and uses mouse most of the time (graphic design) - No. Look at Logitech Craft instead. What would I improve? Support of up to 3 different computers via Bluetooth or Unifying receiver is nice, but no backlight and AAA battery power is definitely a step back.

Although I normally don't like buying keyboards sight and touch unseen, I have another solar keyboard from Logitech that works wonderfully, so I felt this was worth it. I have been using it now for a few days and compared to my old MS natural keyboard from the beginning of time that always sounds like I'm mad when I'm typing, this one you can barely hear which suits me just fine. The only thing I would say that takes getting used to is key position placement from the home position. I'm still adjusting as the keys are not in the usual muscle memory location. Some other things I like about it: - multiple wrist rest height positions and - ability to connect to up to 3 different blue tooth enabled devices and switch between them with some buttons on the keyboard - lastly what's nice for the Windows (work docked laptop)/Mac computer mix that I have is the keyboard supports both common keys. Well worth the price - especially if you consider what strain it will help relieve when typing. Great for work from home situations!

When I was traveling, I used a MS Sculpt keyboard because it was the smallest split keyboard I could find. It fit perfectly in my backpack along with my other gear, which I could stow under the seat in front of me. While I loved the feel of the keys and the small size, Sculpt would periodically lose its Bluetooth connection, keys would stick and keep typing the same letter over and over. The problem kept getting worse. So I decided to purchase Logitech's ERGO K860. While it did take me a week or so to get used to typing using a larger keyboard, it is a much better quality keyboard than the MS Sculpt. I love the extra padding on the wrist rest, the feel of the keys is good, it has a built-in number pad (Sculpt's is a separate unit), and I have the option to connect it to MS Surface either via USB or Bluetooth, which is great since my Surface only has one USB unless I use the dock. For home use, I definitely prefer the Logitech ERGO K860. I wish Logitech would come out with a small travel version that could easily fit into a small backpack. I would buy it just for traveling.

This is probably one of the middle-of-the road erogonmic full-size keyboard. I am a programmer and I find this layout pretty easy to adapt to. Pros: * Erognomic design. Comfortable to type on. * Quiet. Quieter than even most laptop keyboards and dome-switch keyboards. * Easy to install and use even on windwos and mac without a driver. Cons: * I use the F-keys a lot and it's not easy to touch-type them because unlike the standard full size layout, there is no space between F4 and F5, and F8 and F9. * The FN lock key is next to F12 and if you use F12 a lot you might hit the FN lock by accident. * Keys are not as "snappy" as most other keyboards, including dome-switch keyboards. * Takes a fairly large amount of desk space because of the oversized palm rest.

This is the comfiest keyboard i have ever owned! Also, for the sensory people out there, the key sounds are quiet but still satisfying to hear and the keys feel nice to press. I historically had pain in my wrists, hands and forearms from how much typing I do in a day at work. No longer an issue with this keyboard! I also love that it uses Bluetooth to connedr to my laptop and other devices. It saves my few availbale plug-in spots and lets me multitask when im multitasking between my personal and work laptops with just the press of a button.

Why should you believe me and buy this keyboard? I am a programmer, a Tech Lead in a Fortune 500 company. I type a lot all day long. I am a fast typer and have always been. If you are in a job where you use a keyboard all day like me, sooner or later you will happily spend whatever it takes to have such a nice keyboard as this one that doesn't make your wrists ache, improves your typing speed and accuracy, doesn't contribute to wires dangling everywhere, and works as expected whether on a Microsoft or Apple computer. I saw one hater online who gave this keyboard a bad review just because it's not made from aluminum instead of plastic. This is a stupid comment, because nobody makes an aluminum ergonomic keyboard. Amazingly, some 50 people clicked saying they found that stupid review helpful. Don't be stupid like them. It seems some people just want something to criticize. The most important thing about an ergo keyboard is, of course, how you feel after using it all day. Apple makes some beautiful-looking keyboards that happen to make my wrists ache, which is why I started using the ergonomic keyboards in the first place, and it makes a huge difference. Anyway, I was looking for something similar to my old Microsoft Natural keyboard, but this is even better, especially for Apple users. I am using this hooked up to my Macbook Pro. Most keyboards are made specifically for Windows and don't also support MacOS. But even if I was using Windows I would still like this keyboard. I won't go into the obvious details that you know if you're looking at this keyboard, but I will say that I tried a cheaper brand and it really was flimsy and cheap compared to this one. The cheaper keyboard also had a key that simply didn't work unless you smashed it down really hard. So, I decided you really do get what you pay for. You don't buy a keyboard every day, and it can affect your health and productivity, so buy a nice one. One of the most important things with a keyboard is, of course, the keys. I am a very fast typer and I can tell you that having cheap keys on a keyboard can negatively affect typing speed and accuracy. These keys feel good. They are smooth, quiet, and provide good feedback, but the stroke is not too deep so you won't be wasting energy pounding on the keys. The feel of the keys is similar to the keys on my Macbook Pro. I think if Apple made an ergo keyboard it might be very similar to this one (except they wouldn't bother making it usable on Windows devices). If you're a gamer you might want a keyboard with fancy lights. You don't need the fancy lights. Stop playing games and taking a programming course so you can earn a six-figure income and never have to question the price of a keyboard. Enough said. Why are you still reading?

I got this ergonomic keyboard when a co-worker complained about my prior ergonomic keyboard being loud. This one is sleek and quiet, and the keys have a nice low profile but still have a satisfying "click" feel as you're typing. I was a little worried I'd be changing batteries constantly with the Wi-Fi and wireless model, but I put rechargable batteries in and I think I've only switched them out once in 18 months. (I leave my keyboard on constantly, even when I leave work for the day.) I've had mine for a while already, and plan on getting another one when I run this one into the ground.
