Not comfortable. Feels strange and not accurate. Get a Xbox controller instead

The controller itself has a great design. Installing it and getting it to work on my computer was a breeze. I play some sports games on my computer and the controller has taken the burden of having to use the keyboard away. The top 4 buttons, also known as the triggers, however, seem a bit flimsy. Not terrible, but they seem like they would be the first to break over time. Other than that, it works perfectly! So far, no problems at all and I highly reccomend this product!! Cheers!

Not for gaming. Thumb sticks are not responsive enough to work with some games

It did not perform well from the beginning and broke after minor continual usage. This is surprising given the company brand. I thought it was a fluke and received a replacement. However that too was the same poor quality. Get a different controller.

The item's cord was cut upon package opening. I was very careful when I opened the package and noticed the cut even before fully opening things. I took it to a best buy to return and said I had to deal with the manufacturer.

Wouldn't work for windows to play online xbox games. Didn't want to upgrade to windows 10 for it to work and Minecraft isn't designed for controllers on older windows.

The control did not work on my MacBook despite it saying it would. I downloaded drivers and everything. Complete waste of money.

The cross is loose real bad besides that is real uncomfortable

Buttons feel terrible, cheap plastic. Shoulder and trigger buttons are poorly placed

The info on this controller said that it would work with Mac, but it doesn’t. We will be returning it soon.

I bought this on Aug 9, 2015 from Best Buy and have played through several games with it including The Witcher 3, Samurai Warriors 4, Dynasty Warriors 7, 8, Secret of Mana, Dragon Quest XI, Dragon Quest Heroes 2...etc. It works perfectly on the PC without much efforts. However, if you intend to play games for long hours in a short period of time I would recommend something that may cost a bit more but easier to your fingers. I'd give it 4 stars in terms of quality but adding 1 star to 5 for the price, ease of use/compatibility and incredible durability. I bought it for 20 less a $5 Best Buy Reward cert so it was only 15, very good deal and good use for a Best Buy cert.

I have a logitech controller graveyard in my closet bc the buttons wear out too fast.

Did not work with tycoon games and others that I tried. I was told would work when purchased . Tried on windows 10

would not work at all. controls were all over the place. took back and got xboxone controller and that worked perfect

I did like wire on device especially after being use to wireless controller.

I bought this for my sons mine-craft game. It did not work. Maybe mine-craft is a non joystick game.

I purchased this for my pc to use on steam and play games... however, it would not work on steam...
