Great case. Well built, very versatile and easy to use. Touch pad feature is a bonus. More economical, functional and adjustable than Apple Magic Keyboard.

If you are looking for a great and functional keyboard for the new iPad Air (4th gen., 2020), and do not want to spend $300 for an Apple-branded keyboard, get this one: you won’t regret it. It has pretty much all the functionalities as the Apple one, feels great when typing, the material - which I wasn;t convinced at first from the pictures - is great, does not mark easily (which is one of the complaints I have read with Apple’s Smart Keyboard), and this keyboard cost half of what the Apple one costs. Overall, I am very happy with it!

Logitech was so close to the perfect keyboard case with this one! Long story short, the keyboard is a bit too flimsy and I wish Logitech continued the woven texture from the last generation of this case. The flimsiness of the keyboard comes into play when trying to type on your lap. The trackpad will actuate if you press too hard on either corner of the keyboard while it’s not on a hard, flat surface - resulting in unpredictable and often frustrating cursor activity. This forces you to hover your palms over the keyboard while using it on your lap, which isn’t exactly the most comfortable way to type. My issues with texture are mostly aesthetic. I worry the soft touch, otherwise pleasant rubber finish on this case will age poorly - attracting and prominently displaying skin oils and wear. The woven texture of previous generation models at least hid these effects. It’s on the Folio (the lower tier, non-removable keyboard version of this case) I don’t know why it wasn’t included on the higher-tier version or if the (arguably) nicer out-of-box appeal is worth this trade off. Labeling on the case also looks kind of, incomplete or amatuerish. Despite these issues, Logitech offers the best available version of an affordable, minimalist kickstand case with a detachable, comfortable keyboard. As long as you’re using the keyboard at a desk, this case allows you to interact with your iPad like a laptop while maintaining the light portability of your device. I would highly recommend it to just about anyone.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback on the Folio Touch Keyboard Case! We're glad you recognize its strengths, especially its minimalist design and laptop-like functionality. We appreciate your honest observations about the keyboard's flimsiness on a lap, the trackpad's sensitivity, and the texture and labeling concerns. We'll certainly take your feedback into consideration for future iterations of this product, and we're pleased to know it's still a highly recommended option for desk use. Logitech

So first have to say that I thought I wasn’t going to like this keyboard but it blew me away by how easy to use and neat it works. Also if you are deciding this one or the you can remove for keyboard this one is fantastic since it really sticks together plus you won’t lose a keyboard if you take it off. And the way how easy and convenient this keyboard is to use is special. Soft keys that they don’t make a lot of noise and many feature that the normal keyboards you were looking at before to this don’t even compare. Plus right now I’m typing using this keyboard and feels great plus helps me when I need to work on two differents assignments and could go back and for while scrolling and typing on the other side. So thank you for reading and hope this was a little helpful insight.

Excellent product. It fits perfectly on my iPad Air and it feels great typing. I dont LOVE book covers, but they are fine. The touchpad is really big, love it. Backlit keyboard is very hard to find in bookcovers. The variable angle kickstand is great for daily use. I've had a brydge keyboard to make an iPad into a laptop essentially, but with the portability of the iPad Air, maintaining it as a tablet is perfectly fine and actually preferred in my opinion.

I knew I wasn't going to buy the Apple keyboard for nearly $300, so I looked at a handful of keyboards. I put more emphasis on keyboards that also offer protection from accidental drops, which is what kept bringing me back to the Logitech Folio Touch, along with the Smart Connector. Overall, I'm very happy with this keyboard. It also keeps my Apple Pencil charged, which is one less thing for me to keep track of.

It seems like people are pretty wow'd by the Apple Magic keyboard, but I found it to be too tight and the screen too close to my fingers for typing. Enter the Logitech Folio Touch. The keys travel nicely, the touchpad works well and it really makes you feel like you're working on a laptop. The only downside to this model (and the iPad it fits) is because of the smaller size, the keyboard is not detachable. I've since upgraded to the iPad Pro 12.9 with this same keyboard case and it's amazing. If you have the smaller 10.9 tablet and can live with not detaching the keyboard, highly recommend this one

The Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard case is very solid, though weighs quite a bit. The keyboard action is great. I don't use the trackpad often, so no comments there. The shared power arrangement is nice - no need to charge. I don't like the way the case stays closed magnetically, as it is difficult to open. It basically can't be opened with one hand. The clasp/stylus holder part is really not necessary II don't use a stylus), and detracts from the clean appearance of the case when folded over the top. Overall, does the job, though a bit of overkill in features for my needs. Good thing it's cheaper than the Apple alternative!

Great for my needs. Primarily use it for work as a great laptop replacement to do word document reports and note taking. Keyboard is excellent. For a small footprint, it doesn't jeopardize the typing experience. Build quality is solid and sturdy. Your iPad will definitely be protected. Be aware that this case alone is heavier than the iPad Air 4. So if you are wanting something light - this case is not for you. Would have been perfect if keyboard was detachable.

A good, solid choice for use with my iPad Air 4. The sturdy case protects front and back and has a cloth-like look and feel. I appreciate the keyboard’s springy key travel, backlighting and extra row of function keys at the top. The kickstand can be adjusted to any angle, making it quite versatile. My only gripe is related to ease of quick opening and setup: the strong magnet closure and the kickstand offer a little too much resistance to opening.
