Did my research before buying when it stated that it is compatible for Nintendo switch. My son has the new switch (that doesn’t go to the tv) and his friends state they do not hear him speak. Is this fixable?

Very good quality of sound and design, i used to play games and has a very clear sound. Great item for the price.

While they lasted me a year, given the mic issues. It wasn't hot and I loved how comfortable they were.

its a good quality mic sound and all as i used it for Xbox. but not the best for long wear, it also makes you sweat. i have upgraded though as its been over 2years. The actually quality died down close to a year in and after 2 years the right ear cup cover came off and the replacement would not fit for some reason. I wasn't mad, it lasted me so long so its worth the buy but just know it definitely wont last 2+ years.

Worth every penny in my opinion. Sounds better than most headsets I've tried that are much more expensive.

My son likes these alot. So far nothing has broken and if they do it was only 10 bucks more for a 2 year warranty!

Before deciding to buy this headset I checked the info on the Best Buy website and it showed the Logitech Pro with a USB connection so I naturally assumed I would find one in the box. To my great dismay there are two headsets called Logitech Pro - one including the usb connector and the other without. I would NOT have purchased this headset if I knew it did not come with the usb connector. The other strike against this headset is that it does not actually work with my PS4 Pro console as the Logitech Pro I have only has the 3.5 mm connector. It does work fine with my Switch albeit without chat as an option but that is a Nintendo issue not the headsets fault.

This was part of a gift for my daughter, and she uses it frequently. No complaints!

After trying out comparable headsets from turtle beach and HyperX (alphas) I ended up choosing these because of the mic. They are very comfortable, no issues during long sessions. Medium to low clamping force, and soft ear pads. Sound is what you would expect, the Hyperx’s might be a notch better but these are great also. I made my choice based on the microphone, I used them back to back during game play and my friends said these sounded best.

Had some issues trying to balance the output and input volumes. The headset would seem to change it’s settings on it’s own during the use, but after updating drivers and evening everything out, it works like a charm!
