Extremely comfortable, but also extremely quiet.

But the audio on them was way too quiet. Even when I had the volume dial turned up to 100%, the system volume turned up to 100%, etc. - everything was as quiet as a whisper. When you have even the mildest hearing difficulties like I do, that is a humongous problem with this headset.
