The G240 cloth mouse pad curled upward around the edge closest to the keyboard and began to stretch over time. So far, the G440 still looks new and continues to serve its purpose well.

I needed that because my surfaces aren't perfectly smooth, so my old flimsy cloth mouse pad would be wavy and bumpy. This one stays straight and solid even on my uneven surface.
