I purchased this keyboard to use in my office at work. I needed something that I would feel comfortable typing on for long periods of time. The backlighting on the keys makes it easy to type quickly because each key is pronounced.

For the price(purchased on sale) you get a decent keyboard. One thing though the "Cherry" refers the type of mechanism not the backlight color which is white. I read it quick and was under the assumption that it would be red. Noobish on my part but could be misleading to others as well

Great heavy/solid keyborad. Cherry MX switches are perfect and not too loud for a mechanical keyboard. Literally no downsides, very well built will last for a long time.

I am not a gamer but do a ton of data entry and I absolutely love this keyboard. The touch of it is really good, love the backlighting but best of all I can't wear the letters off like I do on laptops and other keyboards.

Yes, this is a "gaming keyboard" but I bought it because I type for a living. I could burn through a cheap keyboard so fast it was not funny, and then add gaming....this was a great investment, I use it literally all day

Been using this for a while and I am in love with how responsive, and comfortable to the touch it is. Gaming feels right and the LED settings are great. If you need a basic keyboard that feels luxury this is it.

The linear Cherry MX Red switches are great quality for all purpose use. The white backlight is simple and not overly Gamer-esque. The software controlling the lighting is nice and easy to use.

Great mechanical keyboard with all the extra "gaming" fluff! Keyboard is attractive, good weight, great back light! If you actually have to type, once you use a real mechanical keyboard, you will never go back.

I wanted a mechanical keyboard with backlight keys and no RGB Lighting. Works great for gaming and office usage since the keys are not too loud compared to other mechanical keyboards.

Great build quality, wish the cable would separate from the keyboard but not all to big of a deal. Software for the lights is great. Not sure if there is a way to save multiple custom light presets but you are able to light up individual keys.

It's my first mechanical keyboard. It works well and was at a good price. Haven't had any complaints and the key layout is comfortable with me. A plus was that it has default lighting effects while it was on.

I bought this keyboard with the intention to game I was stuck between cosair K95 and the logitech G6610 and I can get enough about how good the keyboard is and I am so glad I bought it well worth every penny

I was looking for Cherry MX Red keyboard and this was a readily available and well-rated option. Since my 16 year-old mechanical was on the way out, I needed a replacement pronto. This keyboard works exactly as it should and the feel is good. The Windows key lockout button is a nice feature for gaming, as is the volume wheel. Negatives: The default sweep lighting is annoying, but can be stopped readily in software or hitting "CTRL-light button". An oddity is that the keys are printed upside down relative to usual keyboards; e.g., the punctuations are below the numbers. If you are a touch typist you won't even notice this. This keyboard will cement my initial rating if it can last at least half as long as my last mechanical.

Cherry MX Reds are a lot quieter than blues. The minimalistic design of this keyboard maintains functionality though the lights and some additional controls help it feel extra premium. Would buy again.

It can be a little loud for typing and intense wasd movement but not nearly as loud as some that I've tried. Light schemes are cool. Response is great. Really happy I found this on sale.

purchase to game on laptop. excellent craftsman and techology put in to this product. keyboard lights has a wave which is really appealling to the eyes

After hunting higher priced keyboards and finding little differences, this keyboard is nicely lit and feels great like a quality keyboard of a much higher price. I'm very happy with this purchase

Great mechanical keyboard. Don't need all the flashy LED lights, just enough to use in dark, if needed.

I purchased the Logitech G610 as an upgrade to my old non mechanical kb. I have to say that for the price I am super happy with it. The backlight is very nice and it's precision is unparalleled.

If you're looking for a good gaming keyboard without spending a ton, this is the one to grab. They key strikes are amazing, and the software Logitech has to customize the keyboard is awesome.
