Read reviews complaining about microphone issues, but bought today anyway with higher hopes for the experience than I've had Pro: - They look nice cosmetically. - USB connection is snug and secure. - Comfortable fitting. - USB cable is plenty long enough. Nice convenience. - Sound is clear. Cons: - The surround sound quality is very poor, even after adjustments. - They volume doesn't go very high. - Telescopic boom is unnecessary and prone to failure. Poor design choice - Mic drops constantly requiring I unplug the headset and plug it back in. This is incredibly disappointing and an absolute deal breaker. Firmware is up to date for both Logitech Gaming Software and the Headset. After the 4th time applying this 'fix', now mic refuses to work. They are unusable for gaming with this level of reliability. Adjusting volume, changing 3.5/USB switch, unplugging and plugging back in, raising and lowing boom, and toggling mic in software will not fix. In conclusion: The whole experience left me wanting. This is disappointing and unacceptable. I ignored the reviews I read warning about this behavior. I have learned my lesson. They will be returned tomorrow for another brand and I will not purchase another Logitech Headset.

Unfortunately the first one we bought had a bad cable and we had to return it. The replacement is working great. Bestbuy swapped it out, no problem. Really sounds great!

This is the best headset I have owned in many years. It has worked perfectly for all of my applications. It also works very well for voice-over recording in my presentations and starts crisp and clean without the volume ramping up unexpectedly!

I'm a long time customer of Logitech, and have many of their products, Although the sound quality on this headset is Superb, It is a terrible product installed on a Windows 10 x64 PC. Intermittently, when you take it off your head to walk away from your PC for whatever reason, it shuts off.There is no way to turn it back on, unless you unplug the USB cord and re-plug it back in. However, if you do this, and you're still in a game (BF4), your game will then crash. I have yet to confirm this on a Windows 7 PC.

I love the mic it has good sound and a decent mic. I only have one problem with it. It gets uncomfotable after an hour and a half but other than that i love it.

The sound profile on this was pretty decent. It was also comfortable. The only thing I didn't like about this was the mic pickup. I ended up trying two different G633 headsets, but both had the same results. With the mic input boosted in both Discord and Ventrilo, my volume came across very soft for everyone else and they had to boost me on their side.

Sound quality and controls are very good. Only gripe is the plasticy sounds it makes when adjusting the headphones or whenever it moves.

Solid for the price. Great sound quality. However, I can't seem to get it t work on my Xbox One. Not a big deal since I use them mainly for PC.

Wow, I was sold on this headset when I heard it. Unfortunately, I seemed to miss the part that the 7.1 sound did not work with Xbox one. Had to take it back.

I really enjoy the headphones. I play video games online, I have not had any problems with them. Had them for about a year!

These headphones are really cool – love how they light up with cool LED colors! Wish they were not connected to a USB, but not a big deal. Sound is really impressive inside of them as well

These cans are very nice. treble, bass and midrange are excellent. mike is fantastic. Logitech software is phenomenal. LEDs are a plus. Still reading this review, go ahead and buy them already. You wont regret it.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he loves it, they're quite big but he enjoys the fact that he can customize colors and also enjoys the sound quality. He uses them mostly on his PS4 and PC.

Ok. A tad pricy at 150 bit if you have the money go get it. Sound quality is beyond great for gaming. Lights are cool. Best feature for me is that you can talk on phone while using this and still heat your game.

Excellent Gaming Headset works well in all aspects

The sound from these headphones is great. No complaints there. Unfortunately the cord is starting to fray already. It has some cheap cloth braiding around it that started to fall off after only a few weeks of usage. I have an older set of headphones that had the same type of cord and those NEVER frayed. It seems to be cosmetic type of damage and unfortunately it started to happen to me right after the 2 week return period was over.

This wired gaming headset offers all the great features of the G933 version less the wireless feature. Get this if you don't need the wireless feature, save $50, and don't want to be bothered with dead batteries.

The mic is the first of its kind I’ve seen where when you want to mute yourself you just push it up and it mutes you. It is also quite comfortable to wear during long sessions.

I got these for my gaming laptop and oh boy I just love them. The sound is great and I customized the lights to match my keyboard. Logitech has a lot of cool features for its products.
