Bad Quality

He was so excited! It literally worked for about an hour if that. My husband checked it out & there is something wrong with the wire. I'm not even sure who to contact about this but it's $ wasted.

Better options for the money

Not the case. Driver installs and updates and still....either the headphones work or the mic works...never both. Planning a return

Sound never right and wearing it is uncomfortable.

The sound quality is not good and wearing the headset felt very uncomfortable. I had to constantly adjust the bass and treble settings. No better than my Sony ZX headphones.

The G432 features Next-gen DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround sound that's powered by Logitech's G HUB gaming software. It is available on Windows OS only, so if you're using the G432 on console, it will only be simply just stereo sound that you're getting.
