Defect after one week of use

The microphone started to mute itself while in use, then after attempting to reset the mic, voice was disturbingly distorted. Hopefully this one headset was just a lemon and they don’t all have this defect.

So she cant hear anything from the right side. It hasnt even been a full 5 months of use!!

To get some troubleshooting out of the way, make sure the 3.5mm headphone jack is plugged into the computer all the way. They will probably ask you this when filing a warranty claim. Gsync software can help you customize the lighting on the headphones Cons —— 1. Its wired 2. No carrying case supplied. Review ——— First off, I want to say that the headphones is very comfortable and durable. The ear cups are cloth based and not vinyl and hence it is very comfortable. The headband is made of metal underneath and very flexible, I have a large head and I do not have headache or tiredness on wearing the headphones for longer hours. The headphones is a wired headphones and is a 7.1 surround sound cable headphones. You get a 3.5mm cable as well as a USB cable along with the headphones. I used the headphones to connect through an USB adapter to the thunderbolt port and I was Able to play Battlefield V on my computer. Lightsync works great with Battlefield V. You can also configure the lighting with the Gsync app which can be downloaded and installed for Mac or windows. The headphones also has a provided 3.5mm jack which I tested with my Xbox and phone and I have to say the I was able to get crisp highs and bids and a punchy bass coming out of the 50mm driver. The headphones cups fold to have a flat profile but it does not with a carrying case. The headphones has a supplied mic. I work from home couple of times a week and I use my laptop to connect to my office computer. I have a lot of conference calls during the day and it was very convenient to use the headphones and mic and using viber app on my desktop to make phone calls. The other side was able to hear me loud and clear. The headphone mic can be folded and it slides very inconspicuously inside the ear cup and its not visible which is great. I think for the build quality and sound accuracy, this gaming headphone is a must buy

Extremely comfortable - not too much pressure on the top of my head or on the ears , and the flip-up-to-mute microphone is fantastic! So much better than the Logitech Pro headset I got last year, and that was no slouch! (Is any Logitech product a slouch? I think not!) Sound quality is great, lots of bass, lots of volume, and the 7.1 surround really immerses you into the game you're playing! Definitely worth a try regardless of what you plan on using them for - these will be used on my gaming system!

Not sure if it was just a specific case but tried looking online and they said this model does do that. Would not recommend for intense sound sensitivity gaming like FPS and trying to hear footsteps.
