Good Pair of Wired Headphones for Gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had Logitech G930 wireless but interference with the 2.4GHz wireless router (causing repeated disconnects/reconnects) led me to go to these wired headphones. So far these have been excellent. I have a larger head and these are comfortable - contrary to several reviews I've read. I don’t really need all of the lights as i can't see them while wearing the headphones. I just use them for gaming so i can't presetly comment on music fidelity. The surround sound during gaming is very good.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the G635 Gamind Headset and the low volume you're experiencing when connected to your phone. When the G635 is connected via 3.5mm, it will operate in passive, unpowered mode so you might want to check on the audio settings for your phone. Features that require USB power, including 7.1 surround sound, on-headset buttons, volume wheel operation, and customization of lighting and button functions are not available without USB connection. Also, make sure that you set the mode switch on the G635 to 3.5mm. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going better. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

USB Port Broke Already
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The garbage micro-usb port and cable are not working right, my voice and sound are repeatedly going out and forcing me to fix it during matches and then I end up dead by the time I get it working again. This happens several times a match. I want my money back.

Great headphones for the casual gamer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these headphones! My husband and I play RDR2 in the same room, so gaming headphones are a must in order to prevent confusion about who is being stalked by a cougar. The shape of the ear cups helps prevent uncomfortable pressure on your ears after extended wear, making them perfect for long gaming session. The ear cups swivel and pivot, which means that they are more easily positioned to conform to your head, creating a perfect fit. We both tested this, and can confirm that they’re equally comfortable whether you’ve a large noggin or a regularly-sized melon, even if you wear glasses (which I do). The sound quality is excellent as well. Though there is no active noise cancellation feature, the shape of the ear cups and the quality of the padding effectively blocks most ambient noise. These headphones also deliver what is effectively near-perfect surround sound. The sounds are so precisely directional, I could tell that not only was there a bear nearby, angrily announcing his intention to make me his next meal, I could tell that said grizzly was roughly 20 yards to my left and slightly behind me. Kind of spooky, but definitely useful information. As a side note, I was completely unaware, until I began using these headphones, that there were all these delightful little detail sounds in the game - the creaking of the trees in the wind, for example. I didn’t even know what levels of richness I was missing out on before! The mic is very sensitive; no need to shout to be heard by your teammates. In fact, be careful about muttering under your breath about what a bad shot they are - they’ll definitely hear you. The mic is very easy to mute: just swivel it up and out of the way. No buttons to find, and no question about whether or not you’re actually muted. There are only two things I found to be slightly less than perfect about these headphones and I mention them only because someone is bound to be curious. First, they are not wireless. Yes, I know, it says so right on the box. But what that means is you have to be mindful that you’re physically tethered to the controller. Most of you won’t have an issue with that. Most of you are more graceful than I. Second, there is no way to control the volume of the game separately from the chat volume. Not a huge deal, but distracting if you’re trying not to be eaten by an alligator you can’t see, and your teammate is telling you about the trials and tribulations of obtaining a perfect armadillo skin so he can get a pair of chaps made at the trapper.

Comfortable and lightweight, no Bluetooth!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good headset for everyday use and gaming too. I used these on my gaming systems and on my laptop to be considerate to others in the room. The sounds quality is quite impressive given the low cost price range, very pleasantly surprised. The large comfy speakers give good sound quality reproduction and nice pops for games with explosions and gun play. Headphones come with a splitter, good quality build, nice comfort and wire them for extended periods with no complaints.weight and can be used for long periods without any discomfort. These are wired so no issue with connections but would have been fantastic if Bluetooth option was included. A real keeper!

If you like Logitech. You will love these
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First things first. I have always thought of Logitech as a company that does the little things to make the product feel complete. Adding that one little piece that makes you glad you trusted them again. Why do i bring this up? I dropped a star for what seems like is missing from these headphones. Let me explain... No, there is too much. Let me sum up. These headphones come with 2 cables. One for 3.5 connection to a phone, even though the 3.5 jack is slowly dying. The other is a USB cable to connect to a laptop or desktop. A nice Velcro cable tie would have been a good add. A USB-C cable or adapter would have been another great bonus. There is no case for the headphones and no bag for the cables. I always appreciate it when I open a box and see something as simple as a bag for the product. Even if it is just drawstring. Buying a USB cable that has a bag just seems nice, even though the bag will never be used again. For headphones, especially ones to be used with PC or phone, they seem like they should be ready to travel. Like I said. Little things that would have made a really solid headset seem lacking. Enough complaining. On to another gripe though. And this is a general gripe for almost every gaming headphone I have tried or seen. WHY, when WASD is on the left hand side, does every gaming headset have the mic with mute on the left hand side? WHY? If you say, well you could be using a controller. Default moving controls are on the left hand side. If I want to have quick access to the mute and unmute/boom mic. I am willing to free up my right hand, not the left. OK. I feel better now. The sound on these are great. They drown out background noise almost with ease. The boom mic is pretty solid, if not on the wrong side. The cables are nearly perfectly sized. The USB cable is probably 6 1/2 to 7 foot long. Just right for a desktop that is next to you or on the floor. The 3.5 cable is probably 3.5 foot long. Just right to connect to a phone. There is a hardware switch to jump from one connection (USB) to another (3.5) While documentation says the 3,5 is for the phone and the USB is for the PC. I used an adapter for USB to USB-C with my Android phone and everything worked perfectly. My son did say extending the mic from the boom made a scratching noise while extended. This could be due to the adapter or just the sensitivity of the mic. Closing the extension fixed the issue and he said I sounded good over the phone without being extended. Extending the mic from the boom arm did not have the same effect when used on the PC. So I am leaning towards the adapter. The moment you pick these up, you know they are Logitech. If you like the feel of Logitech mice, keyboard, etc. These headphones are perfect for you. Overall, these are a very solid headset from Logitech. It blends perfectly with my other G series peripherals (mouse, powermat and keyboard). Needless to say, I like the feel of Logitech products. The Logitech software that controls the peripherals also controls the headset.

Logitech G432 is well worth the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing headset with amazing sound. The only thing is that I've had to get one replacement headset already and not even a year later I'm going to have to get another one. The first time it was because the microphone control arm decided to stop working. And now the second time it's the cord that plugs in to the controller right at the base where it plugs in there is a short somewhere. Other than that it's been fantastic. You can't beat what you get for the price

Solid Value
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is a great value option for a gaming headset. It's compatible with all systems so for a serious gamer who has all systems or even one system and a PC this is a great headset for the money. I personally would recommend stepping up to the next level for a few more dollars as it offers surround sound options. This one is simply stereo, which is expected in this price range. Mic quality is excellent, the cord never seems to get in the way or anything. The pads over the ears are comfortable to wear for a few hours in case you get on one of those winning streaks online that you just can't put down.

Keep cutting out sound, like a short
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Second set of these i've had issues with. Logitech G635
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones were packaged well and extremely easy to configure after connecting them to my PC. The cable is much longer than I expected and looks like it is built to last a long time. The sound in these things is amazing. I've played approximately 50 hours using them, and am convinced I have never had such a good experience with headphones. They are very comfortable, as I never felt like I just needed a break from using them for up to 6 hours at a time. The buttons and volume controls are very easy to get comfortable with using and stand out for easy control. The microphone is also easily accessible to pull down for online communication, yet it is also fantastic to not be in the way when playing solo.

PC Gamers & Movie Lovers These Are For U!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let's start with saying I'm an Xbox gamer.....However I do dabble in PC gaming through the Xbox app. I'm going to talk straight from my experiences with these canns and not the claims of others or the makers, So let's get in it- The Fit and Feel are snug and very comfortable, don't slip when I look down or bend to pick something up off the ground. Ear sweat (I hate it) so far, a month into use, a few hours a day and have not had any issue yet.To me these two things are very important and a tale tell sign of initial quality and thought put into the making of these headphones. I'm simple, I know but I might need to tie my shoes while I'm gaming lol. Xbox gaming side of these canns are bleah.....really didn't hear any difference then the ones I was using. But I don't think that is what these were really geared for. Don't get me wrong, quality is there just not as strong as PC use because you can control sound with the app download. Logitech needs to work with Xbox to create an app (Atmos does). So while they will work for anything you can plug a 3.5mm jack into, these are more for PC gaming or PC use in general. PC side of these are for real people. I was playing Ghost Recon Wildlands side misson killing Predator in the woods.....I had nightmares for days NOT happened before!! When Predator goes ghost mode and runs by you awwhhh man....creepy feeling!! And his clicking noises he makes, I was checking my back constantly the sound was coming from everywhere. The sounds had my full attention, Ok getting goose bumps just writing this. Ok onward we must go, there is a download you can do to give you more control as well as preset eq on the ear. Also has a nice light show for those who are watching you but you can't see anything yourself while they are on. PC Movie watching is much more immersive and draws you in the sea of the actor and hear the surroundings of the situation the setting is in. Fighting scenes, much more intense, suspense thrillers pull you in like never before or anything I have experienced anyway! So in summary, Console use- normal old headphones 4 Star PC use- Off the charts 5 star Overall- 4.5 Stars

Great sound and feel! Excellent Value!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech G332 is a great all round headset! The value is definitely there and if you are looking for a comfortable, basic, easy to use gaming headset then this is it. The cups do not get uncomfortable even after hours of gameplay! The easy to mute flip up mic is a great selling point as well. The sound is very good for the price range, of course these are not surround sound but for the price they are a great deal.

Great Sound, Very Uncomfortable with My Glasses
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to be happy with these, but alas it was not to be. At least not completely. Starting with the pros: The sound quality on these headphones is actually very good for the price, with full 7.1 surround sound that actually gives you the perception of sound in different quadrants of the sound area, meaning you can hear things coming up behind you or off to your side, an excellent help with FPS-type games. The driver for the speaker is the same as the more expensive headphones in this line, so you’re not sacrificing sound for price with this set of headphones. The sound knob is placed behind the left ear and is easy to reach on-the-fly. This is much better than some that have a knob in-line in the wire that can get bumped or moved & you lose audio. The mic is a “flip up to mute” type, so there’s never a question as to whether you’re on mute or not, again unlike other headsets that use an in-line control button. The sound on the mic is excellent, as well, and never had an issue with anyone not being able to hear me or sounding like I was distant. Now the cons: Starting with the construction, the plastic feels thin and cheap to me. It makes that awful plastic “creaking” noise when you put any pressure against the plastic, which always makes me think “cheap”. This thinner plastic should make them a bit lighter in weight but isn’t, likely due to the size of the speaker driver (an acceptable trade off). (That said, they aren’t overly heavy to begin with, just saying that they didn’t save anything other than cost with the thinner plastic.) Now the biggie: I wear glasses with a thicker side arm and found these to be absolutely unbearable after about an hour. The padded ear cups, while pretty soft, aren’t soft enough to give around the frame of my glasses & started pushing it into my skull. I tried repositioning them multiple times, but they never got comfortable. So for short use, they were fine, but everyone knows we’re not jumping on gaming systems for an hour & leaving. As a PC gamer, I was forced to convert the single 3.5mm headphone jack to USB using the included USB DAC dongle, once again paying homage to those who console game. While I understand this, I’m worried that there is a potential for losing that dongle & rendering the headphones useless on my PC. For those using these with a computer with the old headphone & mic jacks separate, there is an adapter for the single 3.5mm to dual 3.5mm plugs, as well. The mic is beefy, and bends “a little” toward your mouth. Personally, I like a mic that goes pretty close to my mouth, and this one is stiff to the point you can’t get it close. And while it does bend, know that for every 1 inch you try to bend it in, it will bend back out on its own about a half inch. In my opinion, the wire inside the mic needs to be a bit more flexible for those of us who wear it more like an aircraft headset. Also, not a con, just a heads-up. If you want to use this with Windows, you really have to download the Logitech software to go with the headset & not just use the plug-and-play that happens when you connect it. The plug-and-play doesn’t cancel the mic-to-earphone sound, so when you’re speaking you hear everything directly in your ears louder than the incoming audio. The Logitech software cancels that sound and lets you speak & hear normally. Overall: Overall these are excellent-sounding headphones at this price point. I think a lot of the gaming hardware is overpriced for what you get anyway, playing on a niche market of people who tend to want beefier hardware with a lot of bells & whistles like LEDs and 200 buttons on a mouse. The G432 comes in as a simple set of headphones with few extra bells & whistles, but with outstanding sound quality. Had they been more comfortable with my glasses, they would have garnered a 4 or 5 rating from me. Logitech (and other manufacturers) could at least design & sell an ear pad that has a small relief area or cutout in it that allows your glasses arms to fit thru. But until these manufacturers realize that those of us with glasses really need some design that provides relief in the area where our glasses sit, we’re stuck with less-than-comfortable solutions. This was no exception.
