Great Gaming Mouse

I've always used Logitech mice as my go-to for gaming, business, etc. The mouse has a decent weight to it and the buttons are very responsive. It comes with rechargeable batteries though they don't last very long. The good news is that it comes with a cord that you can charge it with, hence making it wireless or wired if you prefer.

wireless-tons of programmable buttons,no lag-just an awesome gaming mouse-excellent battery life, and if runs low just plug in and will charge while still gaming-one of the best most comfortable mice i have used-and right about the year mark on owning it with no issues, buttons are still "clicky" and responsive :)

Good replacement for a 10 year old mouse that had all the goodies. I am able re map the buttons to get the function of my old mouse. The mouse tracks well if not a little quick but can be adjusted, the buttons are not as cramped as most mice with the amount of buttons

Let me start by saying I am not a gamer and only purchased this mouse because of the additional buttons that can be programmed for alternate functions. I don't have any complaints about the performance as it is quite good. My main complaint is the battery life is completely unacceptable even with the polling rate set at the minimum and the power saver function enabled. The thumb buttons should be shifted forward about 1/2" and the charging cable is ridiculously stiff which effects feel when plugged in. My Logitech MX-1100 only needs to be charged every couple of weeks with the same amount of use unfortunately they are discontinued.

Great but there's a huge downside to it

I love this mouse and Logitech's gaming accessories in general. I use it on a daily basis, but I didn't expect to have to go through batteries as fast as I do. I eventually bought Energizer rechargeable batteries and go through one battery every two days of normal use (gaming 2~ hours a day + 4~ hours of homework/work). On the bright side, you can always use the connection it has and it'll charge the rechargeable batteries. I would recommend price-matching the Chaos one instead which boasts a 24-30+ hour rechargeable battery.

Easy setup.
It glides perfect.
FEEL is exactly what my hand wants. I can play for hours on this one.
Very happy customer. I tried the MX and Marathon logitechs and returned both. This one hit the home run for me. Thanks.

Amazing Logitech Product

I bought this yesterday to go along with my Alienware R2. It's been amazing so far. Battery lasts long, and although it uses your laptop's/ desktop's USB port, it shouldn't be a problem for most people. So for $50, this is one of the best Logitech products I've owned. Great job Logitech!

Perfect Wired Mouse (battery life not enough)

Best wired mouse I ever owned...period.
If you want the perfect wired mouse just save the time and click buy.
If you are looking for more then 4-6 hours battery life from a full charge, click next, there is nothing to see here.
if you are thinking about the 500 series, buy this one instead, much better quality and responsiveness.
Cant stress it enough, wireless mouse is for short sessions only,

A gaming mouse with a decent number of buttons. It doesnt have 5 buttons but not everyone needs that many buttons. It is responsive while the tracking is very accurate, exactly what i expect from a Logitech mouse.

This mouse is great for MMOs and MOBAS. The button layout is comfortable and take slot of pressure of the wrist. Has a decent weight to it and feels comfortable after a few hours of gaming. The mouse has 13 programmable buttons but in reality can be used for 26 in game actions with the use of the shift key...so you have "button 1" and can also use "shift + button 1" for another action.

There's absolutely no lag between cursor and mouse because of the 2.4Ghz nano wireless USB receiver.
I draft in AutoCAD for a living moving continually between screens and because if its speed and features this is absolutely the best mouse I’ve ever used.

If you plan on going for a long period of time, on battery, like a long day of gaming, don't plan on using it wirelessly. Battery life is very short. If planning a long day of gaming, plug it in. I have the Logitech Revolution MX mouse, had it for years, still working, just wanted something with more buttons for games. Considering the age of the mouse, I can get at least 3 weeks, maybe more out of a fully charged battery. With this G700s mouse I am lucky to get 3 days. By day 2 I am being told the life of the battery is 25%. I can get a day more if I set everything to low/power save but that's it. Over all works great when plugged in and have power.

Poor battery life

The mouse needs to be charged constantly or else it will only last half a day when I used it, not sure if it was defective. I ended up returning it because if I have to charge it that often, why not just get a wired mouse?

Purchased the G700s to replace my old everyday use mouse. It looked nice but was very uncomfortable and battery life is horrible. The mouse is BIG and bulky, would probably fit someone with REALLY big basketball player hands. I do love the idea of the free scroll wheel but it does feel loose even when it is not on free spin mode. Battery wise, I used it for about 4 days of light use(1-2 hours)and battery needed to be recharged. I replaced it with the G602 and have to say that I LOVE IT. It is comfortable, responsive, and great battery life. I couldn't be happier with the G602.

Great mouse. Plenty of options for cursor control. Feels good in my slightly larger than average hand. Wish the battery lasted just a little longer tho.
