Never have issues with any Logitech mouse I purchase. Long battery life and enough programmable buttons to work without accidental clicks from my fat fingers.

If you're a medium and large hand this should be a good and comport in your hand to use. I liked the part that is wire / wireless the botton is easy access and great programmable. This is a great for all use specially for medium gaming, so I recommend this mouse I give 4star out of 5 due to usb wireless control that can be lost.

There is a button to change from mechanic scrolling to free scrolling. It lies just behind the scroll wheel. I find several times though out use I have accidently hit the button. Not only is this annoying but the free scroll has a problem where it will scroll constantly without you even touching anything. I have had the mouse start scrolling while I was half way across the room

The Logitech G700s features excellent response time and multiple levels of razor-sharp accuracy, as you would expect from a gaming mouse. The ergonomic button layout is comfortable and easier to use for my large hand than mice which feature more buttons. Using Logitech's Gaming Software, its customization options are many, with profiles available to readily switch per task, even on the fly. It is also highly flexible for charging options, being powered by a single AA battery with a cord included for internal recharging. The included Eneloop rechargeable battery is a good bonus. The only drawback I have found is the battery life, which provides convenient, if annoying, on-screen notifications that the mouse battery holds only 25% or 10% power remaining. Until adopting a daily charging pattern, I found the reminders to be annoyingly more frequent than my previous mouse; a G602. Still, the G700s performs consistently even at the reported 10% battery life.

This is replacing a R.A.T. 7 and I'm not sure how I feel about it at this point. The software seems to default to the most sensitive dpi setting upon every boot up, but once turned down, feels good for standard windows use. In games it seems good, and in Lightroom editing photos, it's ok so far. The R.A.T. 7 felt better to me, both in terms of in-the-hand feel and cursor movement, but that died for no reason so I'm going to discount that against this one.

I like the fact that this mouse can be plugged in or used wirelessly. It's a good reliable mouse. I don't like the life of the battery, only last about a day of normal use for me (6-8 hours of computer use). It looks like the battery(rechargeable AA) is replaceable.

Was hoping the programmable buttons would work for copy and paste, but their position just isn't as comfortable as I hoped for repetitive use. Also has pretty short battery life, but it works when plugged in, so it's not the end of the world. It just sucks that I have to use my wireless mouse with a cord plugged in to it about 15% of the time.

This mouse has a very short battery life and must be constantly plugged into a USB port for charging or it will go dead in one hour. We changed the battery to a rechargeable Energizer cell but it made no difference. The charging cord firmly attaches to the mouse so the designers realized that battery problems would occur; in fact the cord is difficult to remove. If you don't mind a tethered wireless mouse this is the mouse for you.

This is a good mouse. I use the macro buttons for work and the software to program is great. It does fit my hand a little funny in that that the right click button seems too far forward and I always have to reach to press the macro buttons. The rechargeable battery that it comes with (Eni-time?) drains to 25% in 4 hours, but it does take a regular AA battery. You can charge it while you are using it but the wire is stiff and makes using it as a wired mouse uncomfortable. Also, it has textured surfaces that actually rub the skin. Nice if you use it for a few hours for the grip but using it 8 hours 5 days a week, it is uncomfortable.I paid $50, for that it's not too bad but I think there are better mice out there. I would recommend if you don't use it more than 5 hours before recharge of, maybe 2 hours. Probably good as a gaming mouse as what it was intended for, not too good for a work mouse.
