Good Keyboard, Great Feel, Slight Drawbacks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If youve used a mechanical keyboard, and like the click, but not overpowering you'll love this one. The keys have o-ring dampeners already installed so you still get the clicky goodness but not crazy loud. Only 2 drawbacks i can think of is a) takes 2 usb slots (im guessing for the built in headphone jack and hub) and b) while the key travel is really good, the placement feeeels off, i know its probably just me but ive used various logitechs for years and i find myself hitting others than i am meaning to. Overall once i got used to it, LOVE IT.

Good keyboard for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't had any issues with it so far. It feels heavy and well built, and the sound is pretty good for mechanical. The G keys on the left are a bit annoying for me The shift key labels (!@#$) are below the regular key labels (1234) which is a bit annoying to look at, but not really an issue.

Affordable mechanical keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After years of deliberating, I've finally made the switch to a mechanical keyboard. I can't even begin to describe its benefits. My typing feels more accurate and the clicks are so satisfying. The G710+ is a great, affordable keyboard with a ton of programmable keys, adjustable backlit keys, and macro in keys for those that need them.

Best keyboard I've ever owned....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The title says it all. I first purchased a cheap $15 keyboard because I thought "a keyboard is a keyboard". Was I totally wrong... returned the cheap one the same day and bought this bad boy. You get what you pay for and this keyboard was the best one I've owned for a gamer/home worker, etc. Very responsive and extremely durable.

Best Mechanical keyboard for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have two of these keyboards, one at home and one for the office, and i absolutely love them. It uses Cherry MX brown switches, an O-Ring kit is pre-installed, and it's a full size keyboard with 10 key. IMO browns are the best switches for all-around use and are equally acceptable for the typist and for the gamer alike. For the price this Keyboard is pretty tough to beat. There are a few on the market at a similar price, but are usually nerfed without a 10 key, and none of the similarly priced models come with an o-ring kit which shortens key strokes a little bit and softens the sound made when bottoming out the keys. I only wish Logitech made a similar keyboard without all the flash expected from the gaming world as that would have been a better choice for the office desk. Ironically, I actually found uses for the programmable macro keys at work, where they go unused on my gaming PC.

Solid and well-made keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS: I was looking for a mechanical keyboard to use for both gaming and work and this keyboard met my needs. It is very solid (and somewhat heavy) so it feels like it should last a long time. The feel of the keys is good, but I found the height of the keyboard required me to adjust my seat position to get the right angle for my wrists. CONS: I do wish it had more settings for the incline of the keyboard rather than just the flat/raised setting. The USB cable is also very thick and bulky. That probably means that it will last a long time and won't get easy damaged, but it also makes it difficult to bend around your desk area. The USB cable also has two USB connectors...something I really didn't expect. I guess this is to supply enough power to the USB port on the keyboard, but I have had other keyboards with a USB port that didn't require two USB ports to connect it to on my desktop. For some laptop users, this may be a major issue. .

Too Delecate for a Gaming Keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this keyboard. Out of the box it works and feels great and for word processing it works great. My problem is breaking the left side control and alt keys (pretty important keys when it comes to gaming). They seem to be overly fragile for a gaming keyboard. I've broken the control key twice and the alt key once. Just regular gaming. I've never experienced this problem with any other keyboard before and I don't think I'm being overly rough. If you look online you'll see that this is a pretty common problem. As long as the keyboard is under warranty and you have your reciept, Logitech will fix/replace it but you have to send it to them. They won't just send replacement keys. There are a couple of websites where you can buy replacement keys but they aren't LED compatible. Anyway, something to think about before you shell out $120 -150.

Great for gaming and typing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A nice weighty keyboard intended for gaming, but feels great for typing as well. Keys are illuminated and feel solid while thanks to the MX brown switches they are not clacky. Uses the same program to manage user programmable keys as all of Logitech's other gaming devices, so customization is a one stop shop.

Good keyboard w/ a couple flaws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great keyboard, I wish there was more costomizablitly on the backlight. The biggest annoyance is that the secondary characters on the number keys don't get lit up because the led is only at the top of the keys. Still a great keyboard, I'd recommend it if that doesn't bother you too much. The keys have brown switches which means they have a tactile feel like blues but aren't as noisy, this makes them my favorite.

Good gaming keyboard at a good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as a replacement for the G510 that I spilled milk on then turned upside down to try and get the liquid out. Realized later it has drain channels and that I should have left it alone until it dried. Anyways, got this at the local Best Buy store cheaper than msrp on logitech's website. Solid and smooth feel when typing and not loud at all. Wife was skeptical at first because she also uses this computer to work remotely. But after she used it a few times, she told me she loves it. For gaming it's great and had no probs playing anything. I did not mind much for the LCD screen from my G510 as I didn't use it much so this keyboard worked fine for me. Overall I like and recommend this.

Very noticable difference
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Playing several games like Skyrim and other similar games this keyboard is immeasurably better than a standard keyboard. I can not possibly list all the awesome benefits this has over not just standard keyboards but other gaming keyboards as well. There are some newer out there but not any better.

Awesome keyboard for gaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loving this keyboard. I have the one with the Cherry MX Brown key switches. They are tactile, responsive and are so much better than keys on a membrane keyboard. The lighting is great, wasd and arrow keys can be set to light up brighter than the rest. Two thumbs up, especially for the price.

Gaming keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech G710 is my first mechanical keyboard and so far it has been great. The keys feel tactile and responsive, a little loud for my taste. I rarely use the programmable key on the right of the keyboard but I think I will in the future. Got mine for 85$ on sale. Very happy with my purchase.

Good affordable mechanical keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have heard about quality issues with this keyboard, and my first one had a bad CTRL key. The replacement has worked fine. I really enjoy the feel of the mechanical keys. Also, they are not as noisy as some other mechanical keyboards. I am not a gamer, but this is great for everyday use.

Awesome gaming keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I was researching a new keyboard, I was looking mostly at the multi-media based ones that had all the extra buttons for music playback and media. But none of these felt that good over the old keyboard I already had. So then I started looking at gaming specific keyboards, but still wanted some media keys. As I dug deeper, I watched a few review videos on Cherry MX keys and different types of keyboards and settled on Cherry MX Brown keys. Then finally found this keyboard from Logitech. I went to various stores to try the keyboard, but only BB had it out on display and it felt great to type on. I has plenty of key travel, but is not so load and clicky like some of the other Cherry MX keyboards. There are plenty of media keys on this ones for easily controlling my music while I game and the Logitech software for customizing Macro and all the G Keys is great. If you are looking for an upgrade to your current gaming keyboard or even just a great keyboard for typing on, then this is a winner!

Great keyboard for gaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got tired of trying to game on a stock keyboard and decided to get a gaming one. This was perfect and coupled with my mouse, my keybindings on MMO's are so much easier to deal with. Very comfortable to play on as well.
