The sensitivity is remarkably adjustable and, I have to say, the box it comes in is like a freakin' piece of art. I couldn't throw it away. I don't like that you have to 'wire' it to recharge it - you might as well leave it wired. But I got over that pretty quickly. Not only is the sensitivity adjustable, but the button layout is as well. You can have anywhere from zero to four supplemental buttons on the thing.

The best mouse money can buy

It does cost a lot of money, but depending on how much you use its features (i.e. gaming obviously, but also complex mouse macros for business), it's worth it. If anything, I'd like to see a version that is NOT ambidextrous (sorry lefties!), with a design similar to the MX Master or MX Performance. Nonetheless, the mouse is comfortable, and using it is just satisfying.
