Purchased this product G930 Logitech Wireless Headset (Black) on reviews So let me start with: I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND you purchase this product! 6 Reasons Why: >The drivers that come with the product DO NOT WORK! In some of the reviews persons referred to the drivers being better for surround sound via Microsoft but now I find out that it's because the drivers do not work. >In fact, the programming 3 button features within the Logitech drivers do not work properly either. >Next item is the sound with the Logitech drivers is a quarter of the volume that the Windows drivers put out. NOTE: They sound Great-WHEN THEY WORK and loud, the noise canceling works fantastically. Some persons referred to it as they had to take them off the ear a bit to make sure they weren't being burglarized in the next room it is that good. >They turn themselves down in volume every once in a while no particular pattern to it. >Then they have a period every couple of hours where the SOUND GOES COMPLETELY OUT and a faint beeping/siren sound continues until you pull all of the USB's and the charging cord out in order for 10 seconds a piece only way to reset it. I found this in a few reviews as well when I searched for it but wasn't apparent in the original review scanning I performed prior to purchase. >Lastly, they are supposed to have a good long staying power on a charge, however, I am finding that not to be true. I trust this will aid some it staying away from this product. When the new headset comes I may edit this to reflect any corrections but the driver issue will not fix this is for sure. I LOVE Logitech hardware but this falls short. When I first got it 5/5... Very quickly it started disconnecting randomly and became annoying. If you're spending the $ don't buy. Honestly don't. It's amazing when it works... But cuts out every 15 mins

As long as Creative keeps making headsets like this I will always own one. Battery lasts a very long time while being used. My current pair is 5 years old and no degradation in the battery life. I purchased a set for my dad.

This is the second one I've owned. The first worked fine for 3 years, so I had no complaint when it died and bought this one to replace it. It sounds great when it works, but this one keeps losing the pairing with the USB dongle. I've had to repeat the pairing process many times and I'm preparing to take it back for replacement. I assume this is a one-off issue and will get the same model again. I've tried other brands, but the ear pads are too small and this is the only product I've found that is truly "over the ear" at this price range.

For the most part, this is a good headset. It's one of the cheapest surround sound headsets, and it's wireless. Occasionally the sound will cut out, or the headset will disconnect. A friend's disconnects much more frequently than mine (every 30-45 minutes). Mine, however, just has a crackling/popping sound that occurs frequently (much more than every 30 minutes, probably closer to every 5-10 minutes, maybe more frequently than that). That's my biggest annoyance. I do also wish you had some warning before the battery dies. I've seen the prompt on my Logitech G19 keyboard, but if you don't have that keyboard's LCD on (or don't have that keyboard) it's hard to know when it's going to just die on you mid movie/game.

I bought this for my wife, and she really likes it. It has decent range, and seems sturdy (just recently had to replace it, and we've had it for a while). Has decent range, and the sound is good. It does use a rather large wireless "dongle" though, would be nice to have an updated one with one the size of their new "unifying receivers" if they could do that and still keep a decent range of reception. She had fun playing with the "sound morphing" in the software for a bit... one of them you sound like "Foamy the Squirrel." Definitely get a protection plan on these... something this expensive that is used all the time, it's worth it. Where our last pair failed was near the ear pieces, cracked plastic on the inside.

I got this for 69.99 as a present and could not be more happy with the headset. Super comfortable and amazing sound!!!

This is my second one, the first one the battery died after about a year and you can't change just the battery, you have to buy a new one. But for the money it's a pretty good one.

The sound quality is great. The product however will turn off every 5 minutes unless you back door its programming to change its code. Only reason it has a star at all is the sound quality

This headset is everything i ever wanted in a wireless headset except! The volume does not go high enough for my taste. I found that if you disable the logitech gaming software it will raise the volume some.

Overall good product however they get a little flimsy. Don't let anyone with a big head borrow them. After awhile it just loosen up. The battery is great (about 8 hours of game play).

The sound and comfort are amazing !! The quality of the sound is unreal, sounds like you are really in the game.

Works great. However, I had to move my router from being on the desk in front of me. I also changed the wifi channel to be in the middle of spectrum for best results.

I had this product for seven days and was very pleased with the sound however, it has a defect in the attachment of the ear pads. My particular item broke off the left ear pad after only using it for a few days. It may be it was a factory defect, but support services were great, sending me a replacement with no questions asked. I was surprised at their kindness and would highly recommend this item and hopefully my headphone was simply a factory defect.

For playing games on a computer, these are excellent. If you play games on a phone, or just want headphones that can double as a phone headset, these aren't the ones you want.

head phones are not bad comfy but they are heavy on the head, macros are awesome but the connection cuts out occassionally

Solid headset great sound mic is clear and battery has a good life, all in all everything I was looking for

Bought this headset for my nephew for his birthday. So far so good. Not expensive and you get a bang for your buck. He really enjoy it and said I'm the coolest uncle in the world.

I am a gamer, and have been wanting something wireless, this headset meets all my needs. The sound quality is excellent, and set-up was a snap. I found mine on clearance, so it was a no brainer.
