We waited and waited for someone to answer a few questions but they never came to help. I guess that is the was retail is becoming these days.

These headphones are awesome! Super comfortable for long periods of gaming, the sound quality is off the charts, and the freedoms you get from going wireless are awesome. The one gripe I have is that the leathery part of the ear muffs squeaks when you move your head left and right.

I bought these for my son because they seemed to be such a great deal. Now I know why they were marked down so much. I read they had a problem shutting off but the reviews gave solutions to the problem. My son tried all of them and nothing helped. Turned out he had several friends that had them and they all had replaced them. I returned them in less than a week. I had to give them a star to post this review but I wanted to give them 0.

No longer have to worry about being tethered to my computer. Great quality.

On the second pair. First didn't work so well but BB exchanged them and now I'm very happy. They do make gaming more enjoyable.

I bought these because they were on sale, and I know why. They worked great for about a month. The sound quality is good, but after about a month the random disconnects started happening. Hours and hours of digging through forums for solutions to this problem revealed logitech has known about this disconnect/reconnect issue for YEARS and they are still selling the product. There is no working solution. Some people have had success using older drivers, trying usb 2.0 ports, etc, but none of the suggested fixes has stopped my issue. To make matters worse I've had them for 2 months now and the boom mic just physically broke as well. It still works, but it will no longer stay in the up position as the mechanical arm's locking mechanism has stopped working.

Wirless, easy plug and play. Comfort level could be better, if you haven't ever had anything else you won't know any better

Great sound, just a little bulky but other than that it's great.

My son picked this out, and he is happy with it. He says it's not the best he's had, but for the price it was well worth it.

I have had many issues w/headset. Replaced 2 times. Seems like it shorts out after a while - I am a gamer and use it all the time
